Die Hotelumgebung ist in Ordnung, die Lage ist super gut, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Der Service an der Rezeption ist auch sehr gut, sehr zu empfehlen Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass das Frühstück nicht sehr reichhaltig ist

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, die Reise ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist auch groß, das Bett ist groß und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist auch gut. Insgesamt lohnt es sich zu bleiben!

There was no hot water in the bathroom. So I have been not able to take my shower. Very disappointed.

Good service and great location! Breakfast is nice. Also the room has a pot and tea.

The single room is a bit run down but the cleanliness was not compromised. Overall is good. Just the room with the old furnitures doesn’t make me feel good. Try avoid rooms at level 1 as the ventilation within the room is bad and you can’t open your window.

Hotel nice enough and clean... My complaint is that having paid for breakfast and asking reception that due to us leaving at 3am in the morning for an early flight asked if a breakfast roll could be provided to take away What we got was a not very fresh apple a small cheap cracker biscuit and a small not chilled carton of juice. Even a cup of coffee and a biscuit would have had more thought put into it Whoever prepared this '''breakfast''' haha!!!!!! Has no thought or respect I think for a customers needs, and the needs I required were not much just some semblance of a decent thought.. Expensive hotel but I think I would prefer another accomodation where the staff at hotel treat you with respect. Hotel was I said nice and clean and good location for traveling, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired... Nil points rating

WiFi is not available in the room. We informed the counter, but it was still not handled properly.

The concierges were very helpful booking delicious restaurants and acquiring taxis when needed. They also helps booked tickets to the frequented events like tours to the Colosseum and the Forum.

Amazing. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is very good.

Good Hotel, deserve to stay there for a family holiday.
