126 Gracchi Suites

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "126 Gracchi Suites" in Rome owned by the incredible Dora and Rossella. Their amazing hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to the cozy space. From local tips about places to enjoy to ensuring every amenity was just right, their genuine kindness made our stay truly memorable. If you're seeking a charming place with great location and hosts who go above and beyond, this is the spot you need in Rome!

Do NOT stay here. I checked out after only one night. There was no hot water. What warm water the shower did have was a tiny trickle. When we informed the manager they stated that the previous guest also had the same issue but the building's systems were old and could not handle more water flow. This is not a hotel, it's a converted room in an apartment suite. The manager promised a refund, but so far they have not done so.

Great place to stay and a great location very close to the Vatican, very clean and safe easy checkin and good snacks to choose from, restaurants close by along with gelato within a block, we also found a laundry close by

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights for his 30th birthday whilst in Rome. The ladies couldn’t have been more welcoming and have done anymore for us. Knowing they were just a text away was great! They were so friendly! Fresh bedding and towels every day despite not being there for that long was an amazing touch and so appreciated. The bed and mattress was amazing and so comfortable, just as nice as a premier inn bed! My partner struggles to sleep usually but not whilst we were away. The little pastries and sweets in the room and fresh water, beer and wine outside the rooms were an another amazing touch. The shutter on the window made it feel so authentic alongside the old fashioned lift. The black out shutter made the room so dark which really helped for a good nights sleep. It was also so central, a fab location. We would 110% recommend this place to stay whilst in Rome to anyone & we cannot wait to return ASAP. Thank you thank you thank you. Ciao xxx

Guest house a gestione familiare situata nel rione prati, nel pieno cuore di Roma… Zona molto tranquilla con tanti locali e ristoranti ottimi, fermata metro a pochi metri e vicino a tanti punti di riferimento della capitale . Ma parliamo della struttura: che dire, semplicemente Fantastica; gestita da due sorelle, Rossella e Dora, che fin dal primo minuto con la loro gentilezza e competenza ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, dandoci svariati consigli dal come muoverci al dove mangiare e passare la serata e ogni consiglio che abbiamo seguito è stato pienamente azzeccato. Camera ampia e luminosa, pulizia davvero eccellente e bagno con tutti i confort e servizi non scontati per la tipologia di struttura: ( phon, kit con saponi vari). Nel corridoio comune è pure allestito un banchetto con un frigo e la macchinetta del caffè (tutto compreso nel prezzo) Dalla proprietaria c’è stata lasciata pure una bottiglia di ottimo vino.. Ottima la qualità prezzo. Che dire, se volete passare un’ottima vacanza a Roma questo è il posto giusto. Grazie Rossella e Dora, mi avete fatto vivere un compleanno fantastico.
