Great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is amazing and cool as you can see on the photos. What a view. Their food is also delicious. Definitely recommend stay.

I stayed there on the 2nd. Today is the 11th. When will I receive my deposit? Are you just going to keep telling me to wait?

Stains can be found in the bathroom, soap leftovers at the sink & missing toiletries !!! Only found one toothbrush and have to request for toiletries which is slow!! Waited for more than 1 hour. When pulling some of the cabinet, touched sticky stains inside (looks like soft drinks stains) Carpet edges can be edgy and hurt my feet sometimes, need to wear slipper at all times in the room Service wise not really impressive for this price range hotel, staff are friendly yes but shouldn’t expect anything more that will go for extra for customers. Whatever&whenever staff is practically not there, requested for thing or service and never heard back. Breakfast is disappointing, less variety of options, crowded & some doesn’t even tasted good Overall a disappointing stay compared to other W hotels I’ve been to (Osaka, Bangkok & Singapore).

Very central location in the cbd, easily accessible to cafes and restaurants. Room is decent sized with a good view of the river and beyond

A great place to spend your weekends in. However, there is a massive construction going on right now so there would be noise complaints. A few amenities in the room didn’t rlly work very well but other than that, still a great room.

Nice location.. artistic room Cons My room has bad internet connection. Its intermitten. I need to go to lobby to have stable connection. Inform the staff, she will send it team but never happen. After that i inform for the second times. They put note in my room that the technician already reset the connection. But its still not stable until i check out When you stay @ W you will high expectation. This internet connection is really unacceptable

Excellent service from staff and the room is really nice. Got a early check in by just signing up membership which was told to us by the staff. Location is very convenient to walk around and view of the river and city is great.

Room is prefect to stay. There is limited food in hotel. However, there are other restaurant on 2 second. But need to check their open hours, because they close early or off in certain days of every week.

Beautiful hotel! The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than perfect. The location is fantastic for shopping lovers!

Their guest lifts are just horrible as need to wait for at least 5-10 mins for their system to assign lifts to come up which is apparently not properly functioning and wasting time. Swimming pool is under roof so sunbathing not possible.

great room with nice view and design, quiet, cozy and great service. Highly recommended.
