Not Italian hotel: normal size room and various breakfasts

I stayed 1 night in the Hotel. That was very pleasant stay with perfect service. Room was small but sufficient for 1 person. Perfect location to visit Vatican. Breakfast served in the terrasse with beautiful view. Monika

This hotel is completely non-refundable if there is a problem with the room. Reservation process for this hotel is bad, and it will cause a lot of problems. If you want to book this hotel, you have to think twice. 房間有問題的話，這間酒店是完全無法退款的。 訂房續費這間酒店程序不良，會產生很多問題如果要訂這間要三思。

離梵蒂岡城很近，在頂樓的餐廳可以看到聖彼得大教堂的穹頂。設施齊全，有燒水壺，被子等。來梵蒂岡旅遊住這裏不錯

總得來説，這個價格在意大利算是勉強可以了，這個地方離梵蒂岡很近，但是這個房間的面積非常小，和在日本差不多

服務很不錯，早餐超值，性價比高，離市區稍遠但是坐車去也很快

What a gem of a hotel! I had been emailing the hotel for a few months prior to my visit regarding my stay and they were fantastic. They were able to arrange to get us picked up at the airport. We arrived at 12 at night and they also arranged transport to take us back again. We arrived at the hotel and were given an upgrade to a beautiful room with a balcony. With a view of the dome. The room was outstanding, beds very comfortable, air conditioning was very welcome after 32degree heat outside. The shower was huge and the towels fluffy and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast on the terrace every morning was just lovely and a first class continental selection. The roof terrace is lovely at night for a relaxing drink. The hotel is 10mins from St Peter’s square. Some people may find it far away from other attractions but if you are an avid walker like we are it won’t be a problem as we walked everywhere. There is a bus and train stop very close if not. The area may look a bit run down on initial arrival but it feels like a very safe area when you are out and about. There are some lovely restaurants on the walk from the hotel to the Vatican. There is a supermarket very close by to stock up on drinks or snacks but there is also a vending machine in the hotel lobby. Every single member of staff go above and beyond in this hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone planning a few days in Rome.

Basic rooms with comfortable beds we had a quadruple room which was large and spacious, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and lovely views over the city A quiet area 10 minutes from the Vatican with several good restaurants around perfect location in my opinion, the staff at the hotel are helpful and very friendly We loved Rome and the friendly people, will definitely return

Lovely hotel tucked away in the Aurelia area of Rome, clean spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff. 10 minute walk from Vatican, supermarket close by, good choice of food at breakfast, up a slight hill, but not too challenging, great base for exploring Rome, would highly recommend.

Awful do not even go staff are rude still haven’t reviewed my £700+ refund after calling about 100 times and giving about 10 bad reviews and emailing them lots they have finally said they will give me the refund aver all as I have cause then so much hassle don’t both

This hotel is rubbish awful do not book the stafff are rude I have called her 50 times over a week and emailed about 200 and yet I hard had one nice staff reply to me they end the calls and ignore the text messages and emails I have had enligh they owe me over 1k!!!!!!

Fantastic Hotel...great communication prior to arrival. Kindly arranged airport transfer and room upgrade. Extremely warm welcome on arrival. We had booked the Penthouse Room, was really pleased with the room. Very spacious, such a comfortable bed, great shower, air con worked fab, wi fi fab connection...but the view from the terrace is stunning. Looking out to St Peters Basilica just wow. Cleaning is to such a high standard, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast served on a beautiful terrace over looking St Peters. Offering was fab too plenty buffet choice meats, cheese, salad, fruits, bread pastries, yogurts and great coffee machine. There is also a roof top bar which offers a limited menu we had a couple small plates and cocktails the first night as we arrived late. Service was great, food tasty and cocktails strong! Location is good close to a few restaurants, supermarket and bars nearby. Very close to St Peters and Vatican City. Not far from Trastevere either. We walked everywhere and didn't find it an issue. Staff made such an effort and we had an amazing time. Thank you would highly recommend.
