房間挺乾淨的，但是房間有點小

吐槽一下這家酒店一位微胖男前台的服務態度，房間沒有吹風機，冰箱不製冷，打電話反饋客房，新吹風送來挺快，但卻是個壞的，熱風超過五秒鐘風筒就受熱變形，並散發塑料燒焦的味道。 打電話去前台，繼續反饋，過了差不多半小時，仍然沒有換新，拿着變形的吹風機去到前台，那個胖胖的男前台講Will change a new one，我示意離開，看他沒有任何其他問詢，反問Do you know my room number? Sorry sir, could you please tell me your room number? 看他記下，我回了房間，不久就換了能用的 但是，冰箱從第一天到第七天，一直沒有換！ 自助區早餐單買是99sar，餐食區的服務員態度普遍很好，會為送上單點的餐食，很飽滿的態度 公共區配備還算齊全，六個小會議室，一個大會議室，但是一旦期間有公司在那裡開會，房間價格會漲非常多，注意比價！ 老實講，性價比較低，公區面積不大，價格卻比萬豪還貴，如果不太在意距離，不遠的另一家intercity更為推薦，整體會更好，但是他家的泳池在樓頂，沒有任何遮擋，相較減分

房間寬敞，乾淨，服務也到位，早餐很豐富。

Amazing service from this fantastic hotel. The realized when they looked at my passport it was my birthday and presented me with a birthday cake at dinner. This is the only hotel in Riyadh I would ever stay at. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

We went for breakfast, and the food was good. The atmosphere was nice. The place was clean. The gentleman Ahmed was very helpful. The kids had a lot fun they were very courteous even with our kids making a bit of mess. I would recommend everyone to go especially given the price

Throughout my stay, Saif remained attentive and available, consistently making sure that my experience at the hotel was nothing short of perfect. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets him apart and enhances the overall quality of the hotel's service. The rest of the hotel staff mirrored Saif’s dedication, contributing to a truly enjoyable and memorable stay. I highly recommend Park Inn.

The service was good and the staff members were professional, friendly and helpful All of them especially mansour in the lobby The room and bathroom were very clean The reception is available 24/7 which is a good thing As well as the room service

The reception staff and especially Meaad, was very accommodating on arrival when my check-in was later the afternoon, but she got me a room, I got refreshed and went to my meeting. The hotel is a nice stay for a few days with available services needed on a business trip, might also be hood option for a holiday stay.

Great stay with convenient and excellent service overall. The cleanliness is exceptional and facilities are excellent.

Service is beautiful, food is amazing and and hospitality of staff is beyond great especially Ahmed at the restaurant. Since I arrived and people were very professional and helpful. They never failed to give any needed support even before asking.

Very clean and comfortable room with fascinating facilities like terrace, swiming pool, gym, restaurant and location. The most important is the value (little bit high price but you get what you pay), I stayed 12 days in Saudia between Damam, Riyadh and Jeddah and Park Inn is the only hotel that I enjoyed. This is an high level hotel.
