By far the worst experience I’ve had in a long time as a business traveller. I thought instead of carving out $300/night for an international hotel, I’ll give this one a chance. Big mistake. Upon check-in, they were unable to find my booking, which they resolved by giving me a higher room that I booked, more expensive of course; after I showed them my *********** booking, they changed it back to the right room however, I got an upgrade because the original room was not available. Very nice I have to say. However, my room has no windows whatsoever, so I am completely locked into a concrete cubicle that has no view of any outside. The Internet in this place is beyond imagination, it even took a couple of attempts to write and save this review. Earlier this morning, I was unable to open any website. So if you think you can have a zoom call or watch a Netflix movie here, you are mistaken. I will never come again and if it wasn’t only for two nights, I would have checked out the first morning, that I woke up here.
