The hotel has been the least favorite part of my trip to Riyadh! Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.

Beim Check-in werden wir den Ramadan nachholen und das Hotel berechnet das Frühstück für das Frühstück. Wegen des Zimmerpreisproblems hat Ctrip nicht gut mit diesem Hotel kommuniziert und die Koordination war oft mittendrin. Wenn Sie dieses Hotel in China buchen, bietet Ctrip einen Rabatt. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass dieses Hotel verdächtigt wird, das Angebot böswillig zu umgehen und besteht darauf, im Hotel erneut zu seinem Preis zu bezahlen. Jeder, der in diesem Hotel übernachtet, muss das Zahlungsproblem herausfinden.

Considering some of the reviews on here saying this hotel is dirty, I'll personally tell you that some of the higher-end ”luxury” hotels in Riyadh are also no different. You get what you pay for. 100 GPB for two nights in a massive junior suite really isn't that bad. You get a comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean water in the bathroom. So the hotel is old, dated and the area is dirty. You're in Riyadh. There is trash everywhere in Riyadh. Yes, the hotel is in a dirty area, but they are in the process of redeveloping this area of Riyadh. Things will change for the better I think. Either way, it's not a bad hotel at all. It's not perfect, but if you complain about the little things, then go spend three times as much in a much ”nicer” hotel, and I guarantee you'll find things to complain about there as well. By the way, parking IS available, behind the hotel in a separate lot for 60 riyals per day.

Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel, die hygienische saubere, unten ist ein großer Handelsplatz, es ist bequem zu kaufen, sehr nahe der U-Bahn-Station und der Busbahnhof, sehr bequem zu reisen, in der Nähe ist der alte Markt, der Schleifmarkt ist sehr nah.

Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer einwandfrei. Frühstück - Büffet sehr reichhaltig- fantastisch. Das Abend-Buffet sagenhaft sehr schön präsentiert und viele leckeren Speisen. Grosszügige Poolanlage- meine Frau und ich konnten den Pool gemeinsam nūtzen ohne spezielle Kleidervorschrift. Eine Top Adresse - sehr empfehlenswert.
