I changed my booking from Valence to Clermont Ferrand North as this hotel was now nearer my route to Dieppe. I was very surprised how good the staff were in the hotel. I arrived late and all was sorted at the desk in the IBIS next door. The room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. I requested Gluten Free breakfast and the bread was ready and waiting for me. The breakfast was excellent and have had far worse in very expensive hotels. As a budget hotel thos one is very difficult to beat.

Sehr gutes Empfangs-/Perfektes Bett (Baubecken, sehr gute Ohrringe, nettes Bett)

This was our first time back in France since lockdown. We have generally stayed here on our way down to Le Boulou where we have a house. We were glad to see nothing fundamental had changed. There is still an excellent value and quality evening buffet. The rooms are quiet with good facilities. The hotels Covid protocols inspired a feeling of safety and security. Its location about half a mile from the péage is very convenient. The 12am checkout was very much appreciated as well!

De passage dans ce « charmant » hôtel pour recharger ma Tesla au SuperCharger installé sur le parking, je pensais naïfement pouvoir utiliser les WC de l’hôtel. Was für eine Idee... Nach fast 10 Minuten Wartezeit vor der einzigen Toilette dieses Hotels, sehe ich den Mitarbeiter aus der Rezeption, erst offensichtlich eine gewaltige „große Kommission“ (zu richten durch den Geruch...) Und auf dem Kuchen, Er hatte gerade die Lagerung von Hygienepapier beendet, hatte Fecal Materials auf dem WC hinterlassen. Ein wenig überrascht von diesem totalen Mangel an Wissen über Leben und Hygiene, ich habe mich erstaunt an der Rezeption, oder dieses sehr wenig elegante Charakter hat gerade seinen Posten wieder aufgenommen ... „Verzeihen Sie mir, aber Sie haben das Papier gerade beendet, und Sie haben die Toiletten in unzähliger Sauberkeit verlassen.“ Antwort? „Ach, was wollen Sie, sind es die anderen Kunden seit heute Morgen, die das Toilettepapier ausziehen und das Papier fertig machen müssen.“ N'y aurait-il pas dans cet établissement un WC pour les employés qui permettrait de laisser un à la disposition des clients ? A défaut que ce monsieur sache sècher ses excréments, il ne ferait pas subir leur vue ou leur odeur ...
