Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt anlässlich unseres 25. Hochzeitstags! Alle, von der Rezeption über die Buggy-Fahrer bis hin zum Restaurantpersonal, waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns durch die liebevollen Details rundum verwöhnt. Ein weitläufiges Anwesen mit natürlicher Wüstenlandschaft und Wildtieren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir kamen früh an und waren von der Sekunde unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise äußerst zufrieden mit dem Service. Wegen unseres Fluges kamen wir erst um 9 Uhr an, sodass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Wir zahlten für ein Upgrade (Al Sarab-Zeltvilla mit Pool), was sich lohnte, aber der Butlerservice war schlecht. Eigentlich sollte man WhatsApp haben und sie bedienen, aber eine Stunde lang keine Antworten oder verspätete Antworten. Insgesamt ist es ok, weil wir immer noch anrufen konnten, aber es war einfach eine Erwartung, die sie geweckt, aber nicht erfüllen konnten. Die Aussicht war gut, das Lagerfeuer war ein toller Ort, um zu sitzen und etwas zu trinken, der Pool war beheizt, das Zimmer war sauber.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in my life! The staff here celebrated our birthday and sent us cakes and champagne, as well as greeting cards! We participated in the antelope feeding and camel riding in the hotel! Camel riding is highly recommended, you can see a beautiful sunset in the desert! It's my first time staying in a hotel in the desert, so exciting! I'm very happy, and I must come to this Ritz-Carlton Desert Hotel again if I come to Dubai again!!! Thank u to all the Ritz Carlton staff who made our trip more fruitful and memorable!!!

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. Stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for a two-day birthday celebration. Villas are beautiful if classic / old-school with interiors on the dark side. Don’t go for the lowest category as those villas are very dense together and lack privacy. Private pools are spacious, and it’s amazing to see the oryx and gazelles come close to your pool. Lovely breakfast. Rainforest experience spa is fun and good value but beware as you may be kicked out of the lounging pool if there is a private booking after your slot. Public pool is not too great. Tried the Japanese restaurant, it was not bad quality but frankly overpriced. Would come again for the landscape and animal experience.

It was an unforgettable experience in one of the best villas in this hotel. Everything was thought out at the highest level, every detail. Tomorrow includes several dishes from different cuisines. It was very great. And I think that I will come back here more than once. If you want to immerse yourself in atmosphere, luxury, comfort and privacy, then this is the hotel. Exactly what you need. Ideal for a romantic time, If you want to surprise your other half. Be sure to purchase a visit to one of the villas. You will be able to enjoy the animals that will approach you while you are lying in the pool. The forest spa was really nice dont miss it.

Service is world class. We felt so taken care of by the service crew at the hotel restaruants and other people.

Loved it!! I stayed too short so i will definitely go back!!! You can see exotic birds, gazels, oryx, horses, camels. Children will be delighted :) The breakfast options werent too wide probably because there arent many guests on september, but the hotel provides delicious coconut coffee yum

The room was big and affordable and the service was good and there and a lot of sheep like animals the desert was very big

It was such a nice experience in desert! All staff are very nice and friendly here. Especially Ahmed Karin who guided us towards the adventure centre is really a bonus to our trip. He's so nice to our family and our kids enjoyed his introduction of the animals very much. We really appreciate his service and this resort experience in UAE!

我要説這個酒店是我這次杜拜行住的特別滿意的一家酒店，性價比很高，酒店的服務很好。有接駁車帶着我們在沙漠景區拍照遊覽，接我們的司機非常耐心的帶我們去每一個景點拍照，和貓頭鷹、馬、駱駝合影，沿途還看到可愛的羚羊和小鹿，耐心的等待我們拍照，還幫我們合影。我們住的房間帶着游泳池，外面就能看到成羣的羚羊和小鹿，酒店的早餐也很豐富，房間也特別大，床品也高級乾淨。太愛了，下次有機會一定還要來。
