My trip is good, fine & hotel location is nice

Close to London Eye and Big Ben, friendly staff, very cozy, clean and tidy

The room was not clean even water was outside room one of guest requested to clean but no one did

Staff is good, but there are few amenities and no laundry room.

It's okay

Good location, large room, but noisy before 12:00PM

Me dejaron una habitacion con mucho ruído,tienen un bar en un callejon, la gente hace mucho ruído! Se quietes durmir por lá noche,olvidalo.

樓下就是酒吧太吵了 它們不願意花錢安隔音玻璃。由於沒睡好 我爸抵抗力下降感冒了。

楼下酒吧，隨時有酒鬼睡在上格，極不安全，拿生命去搏

Waren ganz in der Nähe im Hotel und auf dem Weg zur U-Bahn hat uns ein Einheimischer den Tipp gegeben doch einmal hier vorbei zu kommen. Am nächsten Abend gingen wir dann ins Pub für ein grosser Bier - einfach nur genial dieser Ort. Knapp 400 Jahre Bier und Kultur in London - einmalig. Werde auf jeden Fall beim nächsten London besuch wieder mind. auf ein Bier vorbei kommen :-)

Horrible. An aggressive man opened my pad during the night at 4am threatening that somebody had stolen his shorts and that people were going to get slapped. I reported to the staff in the morning and they could not care less. No investigation simply you cant tell us his bed so we cant do anything. Obviously this was not accapetable to me as i had further nights left in the pod plus i had slept 2 hours and was rightfully upset, The staff even said was my fault for not immediately reporting. Then the manager was equally uninterested, rude and confrontational when i went to complain to him. Terrible customer service. The staff clearly dont care about the saftey of guests and i would say staying in this hostel is high risk as threats to guests are not taken series and you are made to feel like your the one in the wrong for reporting. I asked to leave early after speaking to the rude manager and i felt my safety was at risk in this hostel.

First off I enjoyed my stay here and would probably stay here again,as it's a great location, however this is not the place that will suit everyone. If you like partying and sleeping in crowded dorms ,this is the spot for you ,however be warned its damned noisey till 2am, on weekends at least ,I stayed on the top floor at the end of a hall so no one was passing my door at night ,so it was quite in that respect.the window was overlooking the alley way which was packed with noisey party people drinking smoking and generally letting rip on the weekend. The bunk beds were fine and the room was clean and tidy if a tad spartan. I feel there are not enough toilets and showers available for the morning rush as everyone gets ready to go out and explore. I liked the beer in the bar and the breakfast was pleasantly filling ,I would reccomend you make your self a toasted cheese ham and tomato sandwich or two ,this will keep you going all day if needs be . Some people might find the winding stairs a bit hard going after a night on the booze and the top bunks are a tad tricky too even if sober. The storage cages are a good idea but I felt a little shelf or basket might be handy for the top bunk to store water bottles and personal items. Hope you found this useful
