The location of the hotel is not ideal so they try to make it up with service. However the service is not up to standard. Lulu offered transfer from hotel to railway station this morning but she forgot to book the car! They want to help in many aspects but in vain and caused inconvenience and disturbance to the guests

Beautifully well maintained hotel with high quality fixtures and fittings. Staff who are problem solvers and always try to go the extra mile. Thanks a lot to housekeeper singing and all the hotel ‘butlers’ for providing excellent service. The breakfast also was exceptional especially the pastries. Will definitely stay next time.

The service at the hotel is the best I have experienced so far anywhere in the world. The front desk and bartenders, servers like Judy, Elsa and Ivy constantly offered help, providing snacks, fruits and soup, afternoon tea and hands with luggages. and room services. The breakfast is ample with choices and cookers/servers go all the way beyond to help guests … keep up with good services and the hotel will win hearts of people and be rewarded.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

1.服務流程銜接非常絲滑。早餐用餐詢問我房間號後，我用餐40分鐘回到房間，房間已經打理乾淨。這説明在我用餐時，餐廳直接通知客房部，客房部以最快速度在我用餐期間清理了房間，居然把流程壓縮在40分鐘內，非常優秀。 2.和某吉消失的管家不同，珍珀的私人管家每晚會道晚安，早晨會問早以及告知今日温度及天氣。且提示如果來不及用早餐，可以撥0讓餐廳將麪包、水果和沙拉等送至房間用餐。並且24小時任何時候隨時待命。 3.流程化標準高且培訓到位。辦理入住時，有禮賓將客人從酒店大門口接至電梯，之後由管家團隊接手，陪同客人辦理入住及幫客人拿行李至房間；法餐廳服務生幫客人拉椅子等細節非常全面，代表珍珀團隊整體標準高且訓練有素，流程明確清晰。 4.早餐時間為7:30-13:00早餐及午餐一起吃，可以安心睡懶覺。 5.備品誠意足。minibar豐富且無限補，刮鬍刀質量好（木柄刮鬍刀和成都博舍。類似），夜床服務提供面膜及diptyque潤膚乳，洗漱用品均為diptyque小瓶，茶品提供成都博舍同款茶品JING. 這是一家完全找不出缺點的酒店（特別感謝管家Gina）。

貴州是我外婆的故鄉（在貴陽附近的三穗縣） 從來沒有來過貴州 所以這一次的貴陽之行 對我來説有一些特殊的意義 在來貴陽之前 沒有任何印象和參考 甚至沒有看某書和某評 直接在攜程上搜了 很神奇，珍珀就排在第一位 點進去，看了環境和地理位置 似乎很滿意，然後便選擇了一個連住兩天的套餐 房型楓丹白露，非常讓人印象深刻 由於是設計型酒店 無論是外觀還是硬件，以及細節 都是在水準之上的 這裏值得一提的是，管家團隊從入住前 就開始“服務”了 Annie ,Seven AK ,Luca，Jackie 從接機到送機，從每一個早安到晚安 這些專屬的管傢伙伴們 讓我有了非常尊貴的體驗 ～ 這是我第一次來貴陽，尋找外婆的身影 也許是血液裏的貴州的緣分 遇到了珍珀這樣讓人意外驚喜的下榻酒店 還會再來，而且，珍珀一定我的首選-

很少主動想起來去點評一個酒店，這家酒店真是讓我覺得不得不點評一下 我們屬於重度酒店愛好者，喜歡嘗試各個城市不同的酒店，不過這次還是給了我們意外驚喜。 提前一天管家就對接了，第二天到機場特斯拉師傅來接機，全程不讓我們拿行李，到了珍珀門口，一個隱祕的大門，開門後別有洞天，一種高級的香味撲面而來，熱情的服務人員，藝術氣息濃厚的大堂，這些是我們以前從沒體驗過的。 入住後房間特別乾淨，有一個大浴缸，都是科勒的大品牌，沒過多久，就有服務人員來送水果，甜品，水，管家一直在關心的問需求 喝下午茶的地方也特別漂亮，晚餐也是特別精緻，不管是菜品還是環境都感覺超五星了。 晚上還有服務員送晚安甜品，太貼心了。 第二天不想去吃早餐，服務員搭配了幾盤直接送進房間，吃了一口麪包，哇哦，太好吃了，都是新鮮現烤的。 外賣也是直接送到門口，不用下去拿，我就覺得在這裏真的感受到用心的服務，每個工作人員都是素質很高，而且顏值也高，賓至如歸，就是這種感覺。退房時候還送了甜品禮物，真是太貼心，大家都是有求必應，這次的貴陽之路珍珀酒店也是我們體驗的一個重要環節，完美！ 大家來一定要來體驗一下，尤其喜歡住好酒店的人，真的處處驚喜！

房間很不錯 管家Ethan和Nono也很負責貼心 收拾的太勤了 一天收拾好幾遍房間 太感人了 而且隨口説了一句薑茶好喝之後每天回酒店都有送薑茶 房間的設施很新 床很舒服睡不醒的感覺 太柔軟了 沒有異味房間 每個工作人員都很有禮貌 總體來説是一次不錯的體驗 下次來貴陽還會選擇

一家有設計感的酒店，房間安靜，管家服務到位，從下車開始起到電梯，都會有服務人員迎來送往，我們這次接待的管家是Nono和Ethan,服務響應很快，問題解決也很及時，溝通極為方便，感謝二位管家在我們入住期間的幫助。

特別超值，酒店非常有藝術感，服務用心，看我在生理期，特意送來了薑湯，Nicola、jocelyn和Estrella提供了非常棒的服務！酒吧也很棒！去過非常多豪華酒店，這是為數不多主動寫好評的！這次中轉衹住了一個晚上，還會再來的！
