Nicht schlecht, auf der Straße in der Innenstadt ist der Klang der Straßenaufführungen jederzeit vor dem Fenster zu hören! Ähnlich wie in der Fußgängerzone Nanjing Road in Shanghai gibt es viele Geschäfte und westliche Restaurants, das Hotel ist sauber, die Einstellung des Personals ist auch gut und es gibt viele Arten von Frühstück Sie können im vorbeikommenden Tusan-Laden eine lokale Mobiltelefonkarte kaufen, das ist nicht teuer!

Ein alter Mann im T-Shirt stand an der Rezeption, und ein Wachmann in Schwarz starrte dich an, du hast 2 Stunden nicht geschlafen, und dein ganzer Körper hatte Schmerzen, und du bist erst mittendrin gegangen die Nacht!

上午來敲門説打掃房間，我們説過會兒晚點來可以嗎？然後他們直接忘記了。。。沒有瓶裝水，是罐子裏接的涼白開。有一説一，酒店是老了點，但是地理位置真的是極好的

連住三晚，很好啊，早餐也很好吃。本來以為這裏蔬菜很少，但是各種黃瓜番茄生菜刺身已經可以滿足我們啦。還有各種醬，不衹是甜醬，有一個混着洋葱的鹹醬特別好吃。

房間不錯，性價比高

Wir waren nur Frühstücksgäste, können also keine Aussage zu Zimmern etc. machen, aber: das Frühstück war an beiden Tagen hervorragend, insbesondere zu einem sehr günstigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Nur 12 Euro für eine enorme Auswahl und hervorragende Qualität! Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, sowohl im Service beim Frühstück als auch der höfliche, sehr nette Herr an der Rezeption.

Arrives late at night but the guy at the reception was very friendly. Check in was completed in minutes with ease. Location wide- it is located inside the old town so taxis and cars cannot enter right in front of the building. The door is quite hidden as well so better turn the navigation on. I was in room 703 and I don’t know why I was put in a twin room but it’s alright. Room is clean but small. Didn’t have any issues with noise as I was facing the courtyard. The shower pressure was good but the shower head was rusty. As a VIP not sure if they’ve upgraded my room or not. Breakfast was ok but quite salty.

A nice room on the 3rd floor with interlocking door which meant I could hear the person in the neighbouring room and vice versa!!! Good breakfast for veggies – egg omelette was hot and fresh. Had a shower but not a bath. An earlier breakfast start time would have been good but hotel in a central location.

I travel a lot for business and for enjoyment, visiting many hotels around the world with that in mind I would rate this hotel a 3/5 stars. Location: 5/5 The location is excellent. You are right in the heart of Belgrade, in the most famous shopping districts in the city. All the major tourist sites are within walking distance, and restaurants/cafes are at your doorstep. Noise: 3/5 At night, sleeping in a bedroom facing the street can get noisy, making it difficult to sleep. I suggest a room away from the main street if you are a light sleeper. Room: 4/5 The rooms are nice, clean and very cosy. There were a few cracks on the side of the mirror and a faded stain on the carpet, but overall a charming room. Staff: 2/5 This trip was part business and part holiday. For business, I required a wifi connection to my electronic devices. However, my room was getting very poor to zero signal. I told the hotel reception staff at the time; however I was told that “no one else had complained on that floor so it is my devices”. It wasn’t even investigated after logging two complaints. Eventually, my colleague and I discovered it was an issue with my corner room where the signal would drop once you entered, as the wifi would not extend that far. Only after my third complaint and explaining the issue did they start looking into the issue. They tried to resolve the issue by giving me a mobile wifi device however, it took such a long time to resolve I only had wifi for the last two days of my six day trip. I’ve stayed at hotels before, and issues were generally investigated immediately and resolved quickly. Not all but some staff were friendly and understanding.

Excellent location and tasty breakfast. Stylish room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Peaceful despite being in a busy street. Tip - the entrance is discreet and easy to miss. If you're looking at The Body Shop, you're looking at this hotel. The door is just to the left.

This hotel, in the center of Belgrade's main pedestrian street Knez Mihailova has practically a location second to none. Just coming out of the hotel one is immediately in the heart of the street's bustling action. there are the shops, the on-lookers from the side cafes, the hordes of people going in both directions, the street musicians, the vagrants, and occasional beggars. Every day's life unfolds constantly in front of your eyes. The hotel itself, although being rated 4 stars, has an unassuming entrance from the street, with an exchange office and a pharmacy on either side. The rooms are fairly sized, with the usual amenities of a small fridge, a safe, a TV, and a comfortable shower. Breakfasts are plentiful and well served. However, the hotel's next best attribute after its fabulous location is the quality of its staff, mainly the reception attendants. From the first moment when we contacted it from overseas and throughout our stay they were always there friendly and attentive. If I had to pick just two, Jelena and Milos would be my first choice. Am certain that any crew will be better with these two on your side. In summary, four flawless days and nights at this lovely establishment. Had the hotel a well-equipped spa it would be anyone's choice for a stay in Belgrade. two tips: There is a Maxi supermarket just across the street, through the entrance to the Indigo Hotel. Also, the hotel is on a pedestrian street, and therefore taxis cannot arrive at its entrance. It is advisable, especially when booking a taxi for the airport ( Euro40) to ensure that either the taxi driver or one of the reception team will take you to the waiting cab. Trying to find a waiting cab, even only a few hundred meters away at three o'clock in the morning could be rather irritating.

I recently spent a few days in Belgrade for business and chose The Art hotel as my base. The hotel is located in a very good position in the centre of the City/pedestrian area, so everything you need is on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a nice double bed, seating area and work station and TV with international channels. The bathroom in my room had a nice rain shower which was enough for the few days I was there, considering I was out all day everyday. Hotel breakfast offers a range of hot and cold food, as well as cereals and breads. I made use of the hotel transportation to and from the hotel which was fantastic and definitely worth the money for a nicer car. Each morning the hotel would assist with arranging transportation for me to get me to my office. Overall I had a brilliant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
