Overall clealiness of bedroom and bathroom was satisfactory, except several stained yellow colour marks underneath duvet cover. No elevator as guest need to take their luggage through the staircase. Breakfast provided with good quality free range chicken eggs, although simple selection, yet sufficient.

Sound proof is terrible, I can hear the vehicle outside, I can hear next door talking, I can hear even sound of water flowing

As room rate upto RM150, the room was too bad, bed sheet was durty. No water boiler, no hair blower. It is not recommanded.

The hotel is near a busy road, no sound proof windows. There are few shops along the hotel, Nasi Kandar Restaurant, 99 Mart, Clinic, Pharmacy and DIY shop.

Despite me checking in at 500am, the receptionist (Syaza) is one of the most welcoming receptionists ever encountered in life! I applaud her friendliness and service with a smile/smiles. This employee is a boon to this establishment. Free coffee is also served , thus making my morning a lot better, and I am just getting started! Kudos to Big Orange Sungai Petani for this valuable experience.
