Amazing stay! Hotel was renovated recently so the interior is new and clean. Hot water and iced water inside the room. They provided dinner and breakfast where you could try all the local dishes and they were surprisingly nice. Hot spring was also clean and nice. Highly recommended.

One lady can speak mandarin,help us book taxi for travelling around Location is good near  the ferry and monster museum Free laundry service with good dryer The room size is a bit small  As a whole, the hotel service is good ,you can ask for pick up and drop off service in the JR oboke station 

Located in the gorgeous Iya Valley, a great place to spend a few nights to explore the area. Dinner and breakfast were both tasty and extensive, staff were super friendly. The Japanese style room was a little small but big enough for two people

Breakfast and dinner were a very special Japanese delight. You need to book in, for meals, the day before. As we didn't know this on our first night, they drove us to Lawson's convenience store to buy food as no restaurants in the area were open after 5pm. There was a lot of choice there and the hotel staff heated our food up when we got back. The onsens were lovely. Both an inside and outdoor bath available with lovely skin products available for use.

Very pleasant stay with top notch service

It was our first time staying at a Ryokan so I can't really compare but everything was great, food, room, and service. The onsen has an open air area where you can hear the roar of the river below and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.

Excellenf facilities, from the big western japanese room to the onsen near the river. The room was very comfortable and quiet, its windows opened to a beautiful view of the rivers and the orange bridge. Check-in was a little slow and the breakfast consisted of many small dishes none of which we liked very much (it looked good though). Overall a very comfortable base to ecplore Iya if you have your own car/ motorcycle.

雖然酒店有些年代，但應該經過裝修，不會顯得太舊。 酒店地理位置方便，就剛剛在大步危遊船碼頭對面，有300日圓的遊船折扣，原價每人1500日圓，節扣後1200日圓。 預訂的是西式床房間，房間供應的物品比較豐富，但房間細，感覺很擠擁！一泊二食，早晚餐都尚算可以。

嗚哇打了一大堆沒了要重新打，萎靡 酒店距離大步危JR車站車程五分鐘，走路其實也不遠，不過拖住行李當然不要走路，提前預約免費接駁車會在約好的時間到車站接，一下車就見到，舉了牌寫住酒店名（我一開始見到有人招呼以為是車站職員😂。 距離大步危遊覽船真的很近，散步速度五分鐘，出了酒店其實就能看到。酒店住客買遊覽船票有優惠，正價1500日元，酒店住客憑優惠券1200日元。 好像會根據今日入住客人的國籍會在前台插相應的旗仔，飯桌上也會有相應的旗。 酒店有些服務生是過來實習的台灣學生，所以不懂日語也交流無礙。負責408晚餐的小姐姐開朗健談，很是可愛；早餐的日本阿姨也熱情介紹食物，不過我聽不懂哈哈哈，衹能聽小夥伴翻譯了。 晚餐早餐都很不錯，主打用當地食材製作當地的料理。其實是偏鄉土的，也不是什麼非常昂貴的食材，但在非常走心又自豪的介紹下（看圖），又讓人感覺很矜貴hhh，一種樸素但不cheap的感覺，適合想感受一下當地風味的人。和餐一貫是好看但分量細細件，不過吃完也飽了，另外白飯可以任裝。尤其早餐的小菜異常下飯，平常其實不吃早餐的我居然吃了兩碗白飯，超級意外。 房間會幫忙鋪好床，不會也不想鋪床星人非常高興（◍•ᴗ•◍）床超舒服！被褥上的紋樣好好看～ 房間窗口的景蠻漂亮的，比露天温泉好看hhh。 温泉很不錯，室內和露天兩種，小夥伴還去嘗試了桑拿和冷水交替的三温暖。 房間設備很足，有電熱水壺還有冰水壺，不想燒水星人非常滿意（„• ֊ •„）੭甚至還有spare充電線。不過梳粧台上的東西甚至太滿了，搭配不同風口的Dyson風機還有蒸臉儀，諸多設備把洗手盤包圍得密密麻麻，自家東西衹好放到旁邊的茶几上。另外沒有sanitary bag也讓人有點苦惱，雖然我也支持環保，但有些垃圾還是裝袋比較好一點

酒店清潔乾淨，職員服務態度親切，早晚餐不錯，温泉很好，只是房間隔音一般，向馬路的會聽到車輛駛過的聲音，但都是小問題，整體很滿意!
