very good service. very good reception. Saranya Madam was very helpful and making our stay comfortable. Food also very good meals lunch are very excellent service of staff also very good . I recommend everyone to this hotel Thanks as grand hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SS Grand Hotel in Rameswaram, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The staff, including Saranya, Malar, and Arvind, were exceptionally attentive and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. I highly recommend SS Grand Hotel to anyone visiting Rameswaram for an unforgettable experience.

The food was really nice Nice hotel good service The temples nearby are really nice and knowledgeable .. the room was really comfortable.. All sight scenes are very good thus near to the temple. We are very happy to stay here thanks for ***agement. Thanks so grand rameswaram.

Hotel is beautiful. Our stay was pleasant and the location is very good. Near to the rameshwaram temple. Hotel staffs are very helpfull specially Saranya ...she was wonderful and helped us alot in every thing from check in to check out. I'll strongly recommend every one.

Don’t book this hotel till they finish renovating, good size rooms but as I said still renovating, dirty towel’s asked them to change but no one cares. Mess every where in the hotel, builders walking around in the lobby, not a good site

Dont ever choose this stay. It is under construction. Rooms are untidy. U can expect cement dusts in your food if u r eating there. The restuarant is under construction and simultaneously they are operating it. Worst worst worst. In dining area, there was a hollow open celeing under which the breakfast are laid for guests. On insisting they moved the vessels apart. Charges 6000 per night for double room, waste of money. Not at all worth. There is no starless option . It doesn't even worth one star. The reception incharge Amar is very casual and rude about the situation. When we spoke about it he asked us to look for some other hotel. So pls don't expect any ***nerism or profession from this place.

Booked this hotel (unfortunately) and that decision ruined my vacation to say the least. My Rating: 0/5 (Wish there was a -ve score in the rating scale) Summarizing my experience: 1. Property being renovated. They keep drilling day and night. Have attached videos of drilling noise at 12am in the night 2. No wifi in rooms 3. No hot water (will provide in buckets like they do in cheap lodges, after 1-2 hours wait…and that too with attitude) 4. No dining space, they got the food wrapped from some roadside eatery and handed individually 5. Rooms are very shabby, smelly 6. Nothing provided in the name of service I have shared some pics/videos taken very recently (19th Dec’23) This hotel is ***aged by a bunch of *****. My sincere advise: STAY AWAY. DO NOT BOOK this property

Hatly is wonderful person very helpful and cheerful. Made everyone welcome. The hotel is good. The rooms are basic but functional. They aree adding more floors. The location is ideal as everything is near by.
