Premier Inn Rainham (Kent)

The usual standard as expected at this hotel. I can never fault the staff there. They are always friendly and so so helpful. The restaurant was a little shabby but the food was good. We actually had a good night's sleep during this stay as the hotel was very quiet.

Hotel was convenient for location of our niece's wedding. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the tea and coffee machine at breakfast was broken, but staff kindly made coffee from behind the bar, but, sadly, no tea. Room in hotel was adequate, and we slept very well. The bathroom looked very tired and could have done with updating, but the shower was great, just mouldy round the edges! Everywhere was clean. My only gripe was the bed could be bigger

Absolutely fantastic stay. Joan and Ross made my stay so comfortable. The beds are lovely and I thought you'd be able to hear road noise but my room was clean comfortable and quiet. Absolutely ideal for a good night's sleep before the wedding we headed off to in the morning

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the lday on reception Abby was amazing!! We was very needy and she went out of her way to do everything we asked for and was very polite and friendly to us all. Overall wonderful stay and would come again.

Was slightly disappointed with the 2 day stay we had for a wedding The room was extremely hot (heating was not on) No shaver charger Only plug sockets and no usb slots (not a huge issue as it was my fault I forgot a plug) The TV was so slow, if we wanted to change the channel, it would take up to 30seconds to change We was also woken up Friday morning to a delivery at 6am which sounded like it was for the beefeater as all we could hear was cages thrashing about. I understand they need a delivery but surely 6am is a tad early? When you can’t do anything but stay in your room until it’s time to venture out. Not even breakfast at the beefeater started!

Room ok but bathroom very unsanitary sink and bath clean but toilet bowl filthy . Skirting board damaged and grotty. Not usual standard of room. Evening Receptionist was friendly and helpful .Beefeater next door very run down, worn carpets and blistered plastic seating. Sullen staff both evening meal and breakfast.

Clean and tidy spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Pretty much what you'd expect from a Premier Inn 🙂.... The restaurant next door had plenty to choose from for our evening meal but I would advise going to breakfast earlier as they did run out out hash browns when we arrived. Not that it spoiled my stay 🙂

Had a lovely night stay. Receptionist very professional, quick and easy check inn. All staff in the hotel are very friendly and pleasant.Room very comfortable nice and tidy. Car park had enough spaces. Would definitely go back. Everything perfect

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Extra resources/facilities are available (additional tea/coffee etc or provision of iron/ironing board) upon request. The bed was extremely comfortable resulting in a very good night's sleep.
