Das Hotel sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Als ich mein Zimmer bekam, roch mein Zimmer in der ersten Nacht nach Urin, als ob jemand, der mich belogen hatte, gepinkelt hätte und das Hotel es nicht reinigte. Es war unerträglich, ich musste die Rezeption bitten, zu kommen und das Problem zu klären, weil ich bei diesem Geruch nicht schlafen konnte. Die Haushälterin kam und wischte den Boden, und es war viel besser. Der Toilettengriff war trotz Wasserspülung kaputt. Der Raum roch nach Feuchtigkeit. Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob sie die Nadeln gewechselt haben, die ich dort bekommen habe, oder sogar danach. Das Essen bestand ausschließlich aus künstlichen Lebensmitteln, nichts Bio. Alle Getränke stammten aus diesen Beuteln. Sogar der Sprite schmeckte anders :/ An Silvester war das Essen viel besser, es gab eine gute Auswahl, aber immer noch künstlich. Insgesamt war es nicht so schlimm, viele Leute schienen damit einverstanden zu sein. Ich bin sehr wählerisch, deshalb merke ich alles.

Die Erfahrung war gut, das Restaurant auf dem Dach hatte gutes Essen und guten Service. Die Effizienz des Service an der Strandbar muss verbessert werden. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und die Instandhaltung ist gut.

Cet hôtel a mis un terme sur mes voyages en République Dominicaine. Hôtel qui d’apparence paraît très joli mais très loin de l’être. Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre en seulement 5 nuits, je vous laisse imaginer l’horreur. Les chambres sont dans un piètre état, le mobilier vétuste et détérioré et leurs salles de bain sont mal entretenus et gorgé d’humidité, rouilles sur les pommeaux de douche et de moisissures dans chaque recoin de la pièce. L’eau du robinet est imbuvable en raison de la quantité de sel présente, il est donc impossible de se brosser les dents et même pour se laver cela reste compliqué car l’odeur est très désagréable. Chacune de ces 3 chambres économiques ou supérieures avaient des problèmes avec la chasse d’eau(bouché à chaque fois ) et l’évacuation des sanitaires irrégulière une catastrophe ! . Le dispositif est défectueux, c’était incessant et impossible de se rendre au WC dans les chambres. Le dernier soir fut celui de trop visiblement ! Nous avons eu une inondation dans toute la chambre un tuyau a cédé , le sol était trempé et nos valises submergé par l'eau je suis encore sous le choc de cet épisode désastreux. L’hôtel est pourtant bien situé à côté de la plage des Corales et à proximité de beaucoup de restaurants et commerces. Cependant , je vous le déconseille fortement la formule all inclusive permet de réaliser de belles économies mais pour un service insuffisant et une qualité médiocre. Ça n'en vaut pas la peine pour le prix excessif autant investir dans un resort premium, plus cher mais beaucoup plus rentable.

La salle se bain était dans un état lamentable. Le nettoyage mal fait sur cette partie également. Nous étions dégoûtés à l'idée de nous y laver. Le plafond fuyait... donc pieds mouillés la nuit pour aller aux toilettes car flaque d'eau au sol. Le personnel de l accueil pas serviable et peu enclin à aider pour quoi que se soit. En revanche le reste du personnel adorable. Les lieux communs jolis et agréables. (Tapis de course non fonctionnel ds la salle de gym) La situation à 2 pas de la mer très sympa également. La plage magnifique.

Auch wenn man früher anreist: Die Schlüsselkarte bekommt man erst ab 15.00 uhr, keine Minute früher. Um an den Privatstrand zu kommen, muss man auf die Straße gehen und durch das ca. 100 Meter entfernte Hotel Bavaro Beach durchgehen. Das Doppelzimmer sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos, Ausblick vom Balkon auf das ca. 10 Meter entfernte Nachbargebäude. Safe ist vorhanden, wenn man ihn benützen will, kostet das Extra. Late check out kann man nicht schon beim check in organisieren und bezahlen, das ist ausschließlich am Abreisetag in der früh möglich (US$ 10,-- pro Stunde). Getränkeangebot sehr eingeschränkt , es fehlen dennoch erforderliche Zutaten (z.b. White Russian: Eiswürfel, Wodka, sehr wenig Kaffeelikör, Kokosmich, in einem Becher, mit dem Barlöffel umgerührt.)

Ich muss drei Zimmer wechseln, um ein sauberes Zimmer zu bekommen, weil es überall Ungeziefer gibt. Der Zimmerservice ist schrecklich. Sie machen nur das Bett, sie wechseln die Handtücher nicht, wenn sie nass werden, nachdem Sie sie benutzt haben. Sie hängen sie zum Trocknen auf, aber wenn Sie sie nach der Benutzung auf dem Boden liegen lassen, nehmen sie sie mit und gehen nicht weg du irgendjemand. Reinigen Sie niemals den Boden, auch wenn er durch den Sand so schmutzig aussieht

Always there is a say : for quality you should pay!! But in this case I knew that I’m going to lie star inclusive!! But there is limit of how they add fake photos on site, it’s just a buffet with food, the only restaurant there is awful , we should leave the restaurant and eat in buffet !! , any way I will never in my life go back to place that even the room is so dirty, the towels are bd,… snd lot of other issues

The hotel has a lot of renovation to make, the location is excellent, besides that, a lot of work it needs. Eventhough it’s all inclusive , the food it’s the same or almost the same everyday. The girls from the floor are very attentive, but the thin guy from the eggs is something else, not even a smile. The room, was all the way back of the property, my windows will face a kind of pool, where they treat the water, to be somehow clear to bath, at night the smell it’s horrible. The roof was leaking the whole 5 days we stayed, the air conditioner will make so much noice sometimes that would wake u up in the middle of the night. Pools are alright. Lobby is alright,

It is in a hotel with very old facilities, it smells of humidity and the cleaning is not very good. The food is extremely bad (I would say in-consumable), but it makes up for the fact that there are several restaurants around that are very good and economical… it is good to highlight that the service, The staff is excellent despite the disaster that is the hotel, although unfortunately one of them stole money from the room but you can't judge everyone by just one person. but it is good that the GM pays attention to these types of problems to avoid bigger problems.

Toilets out of order through the property including the rooms. Lobby staff (female) could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. Alcoholic beverages should be better quality.

Most staff members were friendly. Food was okay. Rooms were cleaned every day. Salt water runs from shower and faucet. Walking distance from the beach. Convenient if you’re in a tight budget.

It’s a great little property. If your on a budget and want all inclusive. It’s not a 5 star it’s a small hotel but great beach access and staff is great. 1 min walk to sand and water. Food is just ok but it’s the best value for the money.

Staff are exceptionally attentive to your needs and they are very friendly. Room was comfortable and AC worked perfectly. We also enjoyed that everything is within walking distance.
