Smelly Rooms such smoky smell and humid smell. All inclusive but food is not that good at all. Very Disappointed regarding the food.

위치는 다운에서 우버를 타야하고,
시설은 오래된 곳이다 보니 좋지는 않습니다.
좀 쿰쿰한 냄새도 나구요,
올 익스클류시브지만 밖에서 사 먹는게 더 맛있긴 하니 참고 하시구
멕시코 분위기 물씬 느끼고싶은 리조트라면 추천하긴해요 이쁘긴했어요ㅠㅠ

Staff was friendly. Unpacked in room only to discover zero electrical outlets by the beds so no place to plug in CPAP machine. Laura at front desk went with me to check the 5 unoccupied rooms and 2 of the 5 had an outlet by the bed. Thus, we were able to move to new room w outlet although that required packing & unpacking again on an already long travel day. Cutbacks in food quality and entertainment were noticeable but understandable given the high inflation in food costs.

Montezuma's Revenge rampant throughout the resort, customer service investigated but provided no indication as to any action taken or to be taken. Food generally one temperature (luke warm), unappealing. We purchased food primarily off site as appetites returned. Between our family members becoming ill, being ill and recovering, the week was a waste of time, money and airfare.

It’s not ocean front, you would have to ride a van 2 blocks to get to the beach, the beach has NO BATHROOM! I was suffering, had diarrhea and literally had to pull my pants down In the sidewalk, it was horrible. Beach had so many rocks and so uncomfortable to be in. Found 2 roaches in my room. NO ELEVATOR! No variety on the food. Same food everyday. Swimming pool was too small. And my parents room had no hot water for a day, my mother had to shower in my room. The hotel seems unkept. Servers were nice that’s about the only thing good there. I repeat they have no beach and just hope you have a strong stomach and don’t suffer from unexpected diarrhea. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, nor would I come back. Just not worth it. Spend the extra bucks and get something worth it. It was my parents anniversary and we were not impressed, my father wanted to get another resort but we had already paid In full. Don’t do it, trust me!! I seen way better resorts.

Some rooms were a bit run down but overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was great; food was only okay which was why i gave it a 3 rating.
