Alles in Ordnung mit den Einrichtungen, das Problem war die Strafe, die sie mir auferlegten, weil ich Dominikaner war. Sie sollten alles für die gleiche Reservierung in Rechnung stellen und den unangenehmen Moment beim Check-in vermeiden.

My experience was horrible and i will not ever consider another stay at Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort. First off the A/C in my room did not work properly or was not able to reach a temperature that was cool enough to keep me from sweating in the room even at night. the problem was a simple fix (the unit was low in freon) and i know this because i'm a Electrical Contractor with some experience in A/C repairs. I begged for four days straight for the unit to be fixed and at the end of the fourth day I checked out and went to find me a room with A/C. They asked me to sign a paper stating that my reason for leaving was not due to anything that Cofresi Palm was at fault for. They at the end of the fourth day offered to place me in another room with two beds but that is not what i paid for nor did i want to sleep away from my Fiancé. To top it off i had to pay for the full stay and i was told that no money will not be returned to me no matter what the reason was for me to leaving. Fother more i did not like the fact that you have to eat in a outdoor restaurant and the only air moving is like a heater on you. You are not allowed to bring food back to your room and eat. there are many other negative things that i can mention but i'm going to stop there because i'm getting piss off again.

Wir waren eine Gruppe bestehend aus Familie und Freunden. Leider verlief der Check-in durcheinander, sodass ein Gruppenmitglied vom Rest der Gruppe isoliert und in einem minderwertigen, unsauberen Raum untergebracht war. Letztendlich wurde das Problem nach vielen Diskussionen gelöst, aber die Gelegenheit für die Mitglieder der Gruppe, den gemeinsamen Aufenthalt zu genießen, wurde vertan.
Auch bei der Förderung der Zimmertypen muss Klarheit herrschen. „Standard“ und „überlegen“ bedeuten unterschiedliche Qualitätsniveaus und sind nicht gleichwertig. Dies kann als falsche Werbung ausgelegt werden und falsche Erwartungen beim Kunden wecken, was zu Enttäuschungen und Beschwerden führt.
