Hotel datato ma comodissimo, praticamente fronte mare e in centro, sconsiglio la colazione , personale cordiale e sorridente, molti ragazzi e anziani . Per dormire tutto ok

Wir hatten dort eine sehr gute und erholsame Aufenthalt. wir konnten dort uns ruhig entspannen und den Urlaub geniessen. Das Essen war gut, abwechselungsreich und üppig. Perronal war nett und fleißig. Zimmer war sauber, Badezimmer in Ordnung. Beim einchecken wurden wir von der Frau Virginia Qonzalez begrüßt und bis am Ende zeigte sie sich höflich und Hilfreich, wurde auch zeitweise von ihrer Kollegin Frau Alba Bethencourt unterstützt. Wir können dieses Hotel, in dem wir öfters Urlaub gemacht haben, wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Nina und Taghi H.

Lage des Hotel super gut. Ein paar Meter zum Wasser. Zimmer sind eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Renovierungsbedürftig. Betten sind gut, Frühstück gut, Abendessen durchschnittlich. Das Hotel wird zu 90% von Spanier bewohnt. Speisesaal gleicht einer Mensa, sehr laut und kalt. Puerto de la Cruz ist sehr schön, zahlreiche Lokale und Geschäfte an der Promenade. Das Meerwasserschwimmbad ist zu empfehlen. Die Preise in den Lokalen sind wirklich gut und in meinen Augen sogar preiswert.

Bereits beim Einchecken war man unaufmerksam (wir mussten Zusatzleistungen reklamieren), der Speisesaal glich einer Bahnhofshalle, das Essen war fast nicht zu genießen. Der Reinigigungsservice der Zimmer hat gut funktioniert, allerdinwurde die Bettwäsche nur 1x/Woche gewechselt.

People, don't waste your money on this hotel! Corresponds to a 2-star hotel, everything is old and depreciated. The rooms are under all criticism, the air conditioner does not work, the mattresses are quite hard and guarantee that you will not have a good sleep. The food is very monotonous. The coffee and juices in the restaurant are the worst quality I've ever had in my life. The pool is small, the sunbeds are old and broken. In addition, the restaurant is underground and is like a beehive. The rooms are noisy because the windows are old, you can hear plates clinking all day long. The elevators are old and slow and in most cases you have to take the stairs.

The room was clean and fresh, clean towels and bedding, which is a must for me. Facilities were great, lovely bar downstairs. Staff were polite and welcoming. its right on the front so location was excellent. The only sad thing was the poll was in constant shade, so we didn't use it.

Good place and good view to the beach , good breakfast options and easy access to the beach and also many restaurants. Only downside for me is the access to parking was very narrow and internet access is not good at the Fromm takes only in reception and few places hence the average rating

Let me start by saying that I am a Tour Guide. I don't write reviews, generally speaking, but at the reception of the Tenerife hotel check-in Concordia playa of the Canary Islands, Alba, at the reception was truly fantastic, empathetic and extremely professional at a critical moment of my holiday. Unfortunately I had to advance my flight to return home and she was truly invaluable for everything, including finding a transfer to the airport which was very difficult to find because everyone was fully booked. Alba was really super professional, she managed to pay attention to me to solve my problem and at the same time she awaited the requests of other hotel guests. She was really great. Not all hotel receptionists would have had the same professional attention and care to the customers. Thanks so mucho Alba. I wish you a Merry Christmas and all the best.

Hotel was clean and tidy the rooms were a little dated but clean the aircon didnt work even though i reported it to reception twice and the other people in our group of 8 also had no aircon so it was really hard to sleep in the heat other than that the beds were comfy the room also had s fridge which was nice and a kettle but no tea and coffee making equipment as you had to pay extra for that. The breakfast was basic and luke warm at best it consisted of cold mrats pancakes beans scrambled egg which was rubbery fried egg thinly sliced slimey bacon tomatoes and potato wedges. There was fresh bread cerial and fruit if you didnt fancy chancing the dodgy breakfast. The staff were really nice though. Their also seemed to be a lot of people sitting in the lobby every single day same faces and kids messing around in the lifts which lead me to believe this hotel was housing a few people as they didnt look like they wete there on holiday. Overall it was in a good location near the sea and across from a great bar however we wouldnt stay there again
