I needed a hotel for a night when all my to-go places went up like crazy due to some useless concert event in Puebla so I left my 5Star place (yes I am cheap sometimes) just for this Saturday night and found this one on orbitz for like 20$. Ok, it’s situated in the beginnings of Analco ,one of Puebla’s founding neighborhoods from the 1500s but unfortunately they never cleaned it up ever after since then. The neighborhood looks worse than a Brazilian favela (yes I’ve been lots of times to Brazil) .This hotel used to be a capital o before now it’s been renovated and inside pretty much acceptable. Got an economy room (really nothing to brag about) and was happy to have avoided the 300$ room in my other hotel. Well, outside it’s an old street from the 1600s and earlier, half of the street is in ruins, not joking, looks like a war zone. Berlin looked better in 1945. There are 2 buildings standing,one is the hotel. It’s dirty and more than neglected outside, the hotel itself is like an old estancia inside with all the rooms having windows which face to the inner court. To be honest you don’t want to see the dump outside anyway. The reception guys efficient and fast, the girl very helpful, she got me a fan (yes,no air conditioning inside,no problem in October but during summer certainly an issue ) and ask for the faster wifi connection as my room (106) didn’t get the normal signal quite well. You get 2 bottles of water and some soap . As I said ,for 20$ it’s a deal, if it’s higher try another place. I would come back, but not for more than a day. The only issues was there were hardly any power outlets for anything. Glad I always bring my power multiple jack extension cord with me.Without this you’d be in trouble. The room was small ,maybe 15m2 but very clean. It was actually quiet although I read the reviews of noisy drunken guests before .So I was happy I never got those. Well, as I mentioned acceptable for the price I paid. Enjoy Puebla.

Erstens waren wir überrascht, dass es sich bei der Hotelschilderung um eine Marriott-Eigenschaft handelt oder wir direkt mit Marriott kommunizieren würden, da wir Mitglieder sind. Nach der Ankunft wurde ich von der Front-Desk-Personal gedrängt, eine Einzahlung ”nur wenn wir Gebühren erhoben” zu machen, wir wussten, dass wir noch keine Gebühren nach dem Druck, den ich geleistet habe (Ich habe mit dem Manager gesprochen, der die Gebühren am letzten Tag abgeschafft hat). Wir hatten ein Doppelkönigin Schlafzimmer, die Betten waren komfortabel, die A/C war der lautste, der ich je gehört habe, lauter als das Fernsehen, wenn das Volumen nicht viel erhöht wurde, es war auch schwierig, die gewünschte Temperatur zu setzen und wenn Sie es ausschalten (es war immer kalt! Das Zimmer war super reich, da es keine Fenster gibt, die offen waren. Das Badezimmer war ok, es gab noch keine Lüftung und der Extraktor funktionierte nicht, und die Handtücher waren einige der grössten, die ich je erlebt habe. Einige der Lichter im Zimmer waren nicht funktioniert. Alles oben, was wir nicht beschweren, sind nur das, was im Zimmer war während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Einzige, was wir uns beschweren, war das Fernsehsystem, das wir sehr reisen und unsere Medienausrüstung für Nacht verbrachte, wie Fire TB, etc. bringen. Wir haben auch mehrere Online-Mediendienste, die wir überall auf der Welt halten und nutzen, wie VPN, HBO, Amazon Prime, Netlix, YouTube usw. Während das Fernsehen im Zimmer Ihnen Netlix und YouTube ermöglichen kann, werden Sie keine anderen Dienste zugreifen können und keiner Ihrer eigenen Mediengeräte nutzen können. Ich kenne mehrere Familien, die Videokonsolen für ihre Kinder einbringen, um sie unterhaltsam zu halten, aber das System in diesem Hotel ist auf irgendwelche Geräte aus Ihrem Handy oder irgendeiner externen Geräte blockiert und während wir keine Kinder haben, Die Mexiko-Beobachtung auf Flugprogrammen (und wir sind 100% flüssig) ist nicht meine Idee von Unterhaltung. HBO auf ihrem System zeigt nicht mit einer der Beschreibungen auf dem Guide. Als ich dieses Thema an Management gebracht habe, sagten sie gerade: ”Oh, ja, wir blockieren alle Inhalte.” Es ist ein kleines Detail, aber wenn die meisten Menschen mehr als ein paar Geräte besitzen, ist es sehr nah an sie gedacht. Zumindest belasten sie nicht mehr für das Internet Das Restaurant auf dem Hauptboden war eine weitere Enttäuschung, da das Essen völlig ohne Geschmack und /or Salz war, für ein Puebla Angebot ist überhaupt nicht gut. Wir bezahlten für das Frühstücksbuffet bei $250 pro Person. Sie hatten jemanden auf dem Grill, die Eier machte (wärst Huevos Rancheros je!), Quesadillas, Chalupas, etc. Die ”guisados” ein Rindfleisch und ein Kartoffeln und ein Hühnchen sind am besten gespült. Die Bönen sind ok, der Kaffee war dunkelwasser und während sie eine Espressomaschine haben es war nicht in Betrieb. So hatte Saft und einige Mini-Herden, die gut waren. Wir waren nie versucht, Zimmerservice zu bestellen, da Angebote in der Stadt sind viel besser und viele sind auch günstiger. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und wir genossen, mit ihnen zu sprechen, wir genossen auch unsere Aussicht auf den Popocatepetl Vulkan, die immer l ist

Alles war perfekt, aber ich bat sie immer, zusätzliche Flaschen Wasser in den Raum zu setzen (( sie nicht)) und einmal ich rief Rezeption um Wasser zu bitten, er sagte (( wir laufen aus Trinkwasser, Sie müssen im Geschäft in der Nähe 24/7)) Was ist los mit euch, Jungs??? Kein Wasser??? Sind Sie ernst??

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, zu guten Preisen, die Details cones ist die Kommunikation der Details, die passieren, Ich habe eine Zimmer mit 2 Betten bestellt und nicht gab es mir, gab eine Sofa Bett nicht komfortable ... Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer starken künstlerischen Atmosphäre, der Chef und das Personal sind sehr begeistert und die Umgebung ist sauber. Bei der Abreise halfen viele Leute vom Chef und Personal das Gepäck zu tragen, was sehr berührt war.

Das Hotel ist schön, voller Luxus und Komfort. Wann immer wir Puebla besuchen, bleiben wir hier. Es ist unglaublich und erfreulich, dass die Rezeption Estela unsere Namen und Geschmacksmuster erinnert. Sie hat immer Details, um uns zu Hause zu fühlen. Manuel Bell Boy ist auch super gepflegt und freundlich, hilft uns immer, unsere Taschen zu nehmen und sorgt sich für die ganze Sache sehr gut. Sicherlich bleibt unsere Wahl, uns in Puebla zu unterhalten. Wir freuen uns, dieses Hotel zu erreichen.
