Everything was perfect; the best part was the breakfast (buffet)

Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

酒店離中央廣場很近，有着很漂亮乾淨的大堂和餐廳。但是房間和大堂的反差比較大，尤其是衞生間，台盆就是放在一塊玻璃上，一開水龍頭水就直接漫到玻璃桌，再漏到地上，簡直無法使用。

Muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones limpias y cuentan con estacionamiento

Es un Hotel al que le falta renovarse, las instalaciones ya se ven viejas y el mantenimiento no es el mejor. La alberca es muy pequeña y se veía sucia. El punto a favor es que está muy cerca del centro.

We had a bad experience checking in and felt the staff member made no effort to accommodate our needs and it certainly was not a warm welcome to Puebla. This impacted our overall impression of the hotel but we still enjoyed our brief stay in this city.

Average hotel, small rooms, too dark to my perspective. Shower was not working but they solved it fast. No major issues but I wouldn’t stay again

We book in this hotel, because the pool the area and this hotel was really dirty the pool was closed Bad smell n the room

great place to stay especially breakfast is really good check the volcano status for swimming pool

Bathroom sink had no hot water and a loud water hammer. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is very unfriendly and not very helpful. They act as if you are bothering them when you ask for anything. I arrived with many bags and nobody even bothered to offer help. The hotel smells bad when you enter and the hotel building and interior furniture is run down. It needs to be renovated. I will never come back to this hotel. It is not the usual quality or service of other NH hotels I have stayed before.

I live in the country so I found the traffic noise distracting. It’s very close to the central area of the city

Be prepared for the noise! The church bells ring loud all the time in middle of night. No washcloths. Only half a “door” on shower.
