BBrendanNous avons séjourné 3 nuits à la Villa moresca et c’est sans doute une de nos meilleures expériences.
Maison magnifique, soigneusement décorée et entretenue. Nous nous sentons de suite comme à la maison.
Petit déjeuné d’exception: pain et gâteaux maison, découvertes chaque jour de nouvelles spécialités.
Un grand merci à l’hôte pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, son professionnalisme et ses précieux conseils.
Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain voyage à Florence

GGastnutzerPiù volte ho scelto questo hotel perché si trova in una posizione eccellente in pieno centro, nuovo e pulito. L'ultima volta la stanza però non mi è piaciuta, con una piccola finestra situata in alto con un muro quindi buia ed il bagno senza bidè. Spero la prossima volta mi daranno una stanza più adatta altrimenti dovrò andare altrove. Per il resto tutti molto gentili e disponibili

AAnushaIch würde alle Sterne möglich geben, besonders für die Rezeptionistin. Sie war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und geduldig. Das Zimmer war nett und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt viel.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist wirklich schön mit einer authentischen und warmen Atmosphäre. Es war hier sauber und wir haben ein schönes Deluxe-Zimmer mit guten Betten und guten Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist professionell und sehr bedienungsorientiert - aber vor allem unglaublich schön und freundlich. Wir senden vor allem unsere warmsten Grüße an Marta. Wir hatten hier den besten Urlaub und werden sicher zurückkommen. Manu Grüße von Eva und Sofie aus Dänemark.

I had an amazing and truly relaxing stay at Grotta Giusti. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle, made it feel like a true escape. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely visit again. Highly recommend for anyone craving tranquility and a touch of luxury in the middle of nowhere!

GGuest UserSuper location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :((
Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy
Would stay again but choose my time

GGastnutzerThis hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly.
However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere.

GGastnutzerThe hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room.

HHave to travelThe location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.
