Prezadas Senhoras, Silvia Eugênia Morales e Andréas Alárcon, Sinto-me no dever de colocá-las a par dos acontecidos no período em que estivemos no estabelecimento de hospedagem Hotel Neruda. Primeiramente, ficamos parados na portaria por cerca de 60 minutos até a funcionária Sefora Munhoz entrar em contato com a sua central para localizar a nossa reserva. Mostrei-lhe as reservas e a confirmação, mesmo assim, ficamos aquele tempo todo esperando. Após extrema má vontade de resolver o problema, que eram seus, os meus já estavam pagos e com os vouchers mostrados, nos disse que haviam localizado na sua central e que nos dariam um upgrade pela demora. Não pedimos nada além de irmos ao apartamento e deixar as nossas malas, pois estávamos chegando de um cruzeiro de 14 dias e queríamos descansar um pouco. Quando fiz a reserva para o Neruda, como está no site de vocês, aparece, e aparenta, um estabelecimento com acomodações quatro estrelas; assim que efetuados os procedimentos, a funcionária da recepção solicitou que acompanhássemos o funcionário encarregado das malas que nos levaria aos aposentos. Caminhamos pelo saguão do hotel até uma porta, quando ele a abriu para pegarmos os elevadores, pareceu-nos que estávamos adentrando nos hotéis sem a qualificação descrita no site de vocês; acomodações que se assemelham aquelas bem populares e simplórias próximas a rodoviárias e portos. A decepção já estava nesse breve caminhar até outra portaria que certamente deveria fazer parte da página principal do site desse hotel, mais lá estava somente um porteiro, não havia local para check in, pois ele era realizado no local em que o fizemos, na entrada do hotel, e fomos “enganados” pela foto e qualificação do estabelecimento. O pior ainda estava por vir, o quarto designado a nós era muito espaçoso, porém, somente isso. Um forte cheiro de desinfetante de má qualidade permeava o ar, que colou em nossas narinas e roupas, não havia ar condicionado na acomodação (bem diferente do exposto no site do hotel), o banheiro com cortina de plástico improvisada, sem nem mesmo um box de vidro, e os móveis que adornavam o quarto como um conjunto totalmente desconexo, como se aquele quarto tivesse sido montado às pressas com móveis garimpados de outros lugares. Como as senhoras puderam perceber, não tínhamos comprado isso, esta não é a acomodação quatro estrelas que o site deste hotel nos vendeu e pelo qual pagamos adiantado. Viajamos todos os anos para o exterior e jamais ficaríamos num local tão precário assim, afinal, em nossas férias queremos poder desfrutar de boas acomodações e, realmente acreditamos na imagem vendida, e não entregue, pelo site de vocês. Sim, propaganda enganosa. Frente a esta acomodação que não condizia com a reserva efetuada e já paga, não desfizemos as malas e voltamos na portaria para falar com a atendente Sefora Munhoz. Dissemos a ela que não queríamos aquele quarto, que gostaríamos de vir para o hotel e pagaríamos a diferença das acomodações, mes

Nice central location with Santa Lucia just over the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to things like the Hop on Hop off bus stop for Santa Lucia if you’re planning to do that. I had a room on the 14th floor that looked like it needed a deep clean. The windows were streaked with hand prints, the bathroom had chunks dented out of the walls and one of the floor boards was missing part of a panel - it actually slid backwards and forwards when you walked on it. Not sure when the last time anyone from Accor Hotels inspected the property. Pool not open at this time of year. No day spa. Breakfast buffet was the same thing every day and the only hot options were runny scrambled eggs or sliced cooked sausage. Cold selection was nice though with lovely sliced fruits and a good bread and pastry selection. Convenience store located right next door if you needed to pop out for any items. The area is frequented by beggars and street merchants. I was advised by hotel staff not to walk alone and to carry my bag across my front. Probably not the safest area for solo female travellers to wander around.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Providencia-Bezirk, gute Verbindung zum U-Bahn-Station, absolut hilfreiches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Wir waren eine Gruppe, die an verschiedenen Tagen angekommen und verlassen wurde. Wir blieben für eine Nacht ... zwischen den Flügen. Von Süden nach Norden in diesem Hotel und konnte Gepäck hinterlegen, alles arbeitete wunderbar. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Die gut installierten Decken mit allem, was notwendig ist und große Räume. Sehr gute Aufmerksamkeit der Hotelverwaltungen, die alle Möglichkeiten zur Beseitigung der Hindernisse, die der Touristen hat! Auch in der Innenstadt ist es hervorragend gelegen, was die Verbringungen erleichtert. 100% Empfohlen!!

Professioneller und freundlicher Service in einem relativ sicheren Bezirk in Santiago. Wir haben am Anfang und am Ende unserer Reise nach der Region Patagonia verblieben. Das Hotel ist ein typischer großer Doubletree mit schönen Standardzimmern. Komfortable Betten und gute Duschen und WiFi. Ganz besetzt mit Geschäftsreisen und Menschen von und nach Kreuzfahrten so allerlei Kunden. Personal sehr hilfreich und gut Englisch gesprochen. Wir essen im Restaurant und im Kaffeegeschäft und beide waren ziemlich gut. Genug zu sagen, wir waren froh, beim Doubletree bei unserer Rückkehr nach Santiago nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt ins Hotel zu buchen. Reuben was incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond any customer care service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry, or any industry for that matter. During my career over the past 30 years I have stayed no less than 150 nights a year in hotels. You need to clone Reuben, or at least use him to teach other managers how to emulate his professionalism.

Antes de llegar llamé al hotel para avisar que llegaría un poco antes, atendieron muy mal. Al llegar todo bien el conserje o guardia muy amable. Todo cambia cuando llegas a recepción y te das cuenta que la atención es nefasta (me he quedado en bastantes hoteles en Stgo y quede sorprendida). Hay algunos detalles cómo no hay room service y almuerzo día domingo, pero, con lo que me pasó, no es muy relevante. El día que tenía que irme por lo general pido que me dejen un rato más para poder descansar y alcanzar a almorzar temprano antes de emprender viaje al sur, por lo cual me acerco a recepción, donde estaba la misma persona que se identificó cómo Cristobal. En ningún hotel había tenido un problema por extender un rato mi estadía, ya que es comprensible. Le expliqué la situación a lo que me respondió del otro lado que no, de mala forma cómo me trató durante toda la estadía, quiero recalcar que yo soy muy amable y jamás he respondido ni solicitado nada de mala forma, y recibo ese trato en un hotel que estaba conociendo, y por el conocimiento que tengo en otros hoteles, las personas que trabajan en ello se destacan por la amabilidad y por buscar que tú estés lo más cómoda posible para volver. Sobre limpieza y el trato en el desayuno nada que decir todos muy amables, pero mi viaje se arruinó por la actitud de la persona que está en la recepción, ojalá puedan conversar con él y explicarle sobre el trato a los huéspedes que de verdad deja mucho que desear.

Perfekte Lage und wandelbar zu vielen Restaurants, Parks, Costanera Tower, etc. Service war großartig. Sehr sauber und komfortabel! Wir liebten es! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Dusche im Fitnesszentrum für frühe Ankunft. Die Dachaufsicht war erstaunlich für Frühstück, Bar, etc.

Die Lage des Hotels liegt im neuen Finanzgebiet und gehört zu einem sicheren Bereich. Der Verkehr ist auch bequem, es gibt eine U-Bahn im unteren Stock, vom Flughafen überqueren, ein Taxi für weniger als 30 Minuten. Die Größe der Zimmer ist für zwei Personen sehr geeignet, es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der die Landschaft außerhalb ansehen kann. Es gibt einen Waschraum oben, und es ist sehr bequem, Geld zu geben oder Code zu zahlen. Unterhalb des Untergrunds gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen bequemen Geschäft und ein Frühstücksraum, eine rote Pizza, ganz einfach sehr bequem. Das einzige, was zu erklären ist, dass die Rezeption sehr schlecht zu finden ist. Im höchsten Zimmer am 2. Stock, die den Korridor rechts aussteigt, ist die Tür des Zimmers noch geschlossen. Wir sind mehrere Male nach oben und schließlich haben die Leute des Zimmers mitgebracht.
