★★★★★ Excellent Stay in Santiago I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Santiago and would especially like to thank Rafaela for her outstanding service. Rafaela was incredibly professional, helpful, and caring throughout my stay. She kindly assisted me with an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. She also helped me book transportation to the airport and even arranged for a luggage scale so I could check my baggage weight and avoid excess baggage charges before my flight. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay much more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel's location is excellent. It is within easy walking distance of the cable car and Sky Costanera, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Santiago. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options and excellent quality. My room was available early, and I received a room with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to Rafaela and the entire Hilton team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. Special thanks to Rafaela for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. 🌟

The location is good, shopping center and supermarket just 5-10 minutes by walk, breakfast is good as well.

A relatively basic city hotel. There is a nice outdoor space to work and the bar service was friendly. 

The service in general was very bad: 1. Poor breakfast, really very bad, 2. Very bad wifi, almost not working, 3. Very weak water flow in the shower. This is terrible for Hilton hotels group and for any other hotel in general. Totally disappointed.

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Brand new hotel just well placed near to all the best in providência. Waking distance to Costanera shopping mall, and easy and quick access from/to airport by taxi or subway.

Очень хотелось бы отметить завтрак с большим выбором блюд , обратите внимание, что завтра по выходным начинается позднее, чем в будни (уточните это время, если это критично для вас). В номере чисто, хороший душ, удобная кровать, классный вид из окна, на первом этаже небольшой бассейн, приятный бар с недорогим вином, мы даже застали диджей сет с приятной музыкой!

Очень плохо .Какой то умник сделал проект здания,так что все номера выходят дверьми в цетр лобби.поэтому в номере слышно все,как кого заселяют,где что кушает и как кричат бабки.Шумоизоляции 0! Так же в номере проблемы с электричеством.Вентиляция в туалете шумит и не выключается,оттуда постоянно вылетают куски пыли .отель дотягивает лишь на слабую 3. Крайне не рекомендую .На противоположной стороне находится novotel за те же деньги , но с достойным качеством!

El check in es muy bueno y rápido. La calidad del desayuno no es muy buena, por ejemplo, las frutas están duras. Me gustó que haya un filtro de agua a disposición en la recepción y en todos los pisos. La piscina es bastante estrecha y que yo sepa no hay toallas a disposición allí. Finalmente, un pequeño detalle salimos antes desayuno las 7 de la mañana, horario oficial del desayuno y nos negaron poner en un plato un par de cosas para comer aunque el bufet ya estaba listo.

Buen hotel..la ducha es insegura ..sin nada antideslizante..deben mejorar eso

希爾頓越來越拉垮，全靠名氣。這家頂多算個快捷酒店，拖鞋沒有，早餐很一般 房間瓶裝水都不提供，跟青旅一樣要出去打水😩 下次來不會住這家了
