Prezadas Senhoras, Silvia Eugênia Morales e Andréas Alárcon, Sinto-me no dever de colocá-las a par dos acontecidos no período em que estivemos no estabelecimento de hospedagem Hotel Neruda. Primeiramente, ficamos parados na portaria por cerca de 60 minutos até a funcionária Sefora Munhoz entrar em contato com a sua central para localizar a nossa reserva. Mostrei-lhe as reservas e a confirmação, mesmo assim, ficamos aquele tempo todo esperando. Após extrema má vontade de resolver o problema, que eram seus, os meus já estavam pagos e com os vouchers mostrados, nos disse que haviam localizado na sua central e que nos dariam um upgrade pela demora. Não pedimos nada além de irmos ao apartamento e deixar as nossas malas, pois estávamos chegando de um cruzeiro de 14 dias e queríamos descansar um pouco. Quando fiz a reserva para o Neruda, como está no site de vocês, aparece, e aparenta, um estabelecimento com acomodações quatro estrelas; assim que efetuados os procedimentos, a funcionária da recepção solicitou que acompanhássemos o funcionário encarregado das malas que nos levaria aos aposentos. Caminhamos pelo saguão do hotel até uma porta, quando ele a abriu para pegarmos os elevadores, pareceu-nos que estávamos adentrando nos hotéis sem a qualificação descrita no site de vocês; acomodações que se assemelham aquelas bem populares e simplórias próximas a rodoviárias e portos. A decepção já estava nesse breve caminhar até outra portaria que certamente deveria fazer parte da página principal do site desse hotel, mais lá estava somente um porteiro, não havia local para check in, pois ele era realizado no local em que o fizemos, na entrada do hotel, e fomos “enganados” pela foto e qualificação do estabelecimento. O pior ainda estava por vir, o quarto designado a nós era muito espaçoso, porém, somente isso. Um forte cheiro de desinfetante de má qualidade permeava o ar, que colou em nossas narinas e roupas, não havia ar condicionado na acomodação (bem diferente do exposto no site do hotel), o banheiro com cortina de plástico improvisada, sem nem mesmo um box de vidro, e os móveis que adornavam o quarto como um conjunto totalmente desconexo, como se aquele quarto tivesse sido montado às pressas com móveis garimpados de outros lugares. Como as senhoras puderam perceber, não tínhamos comprado isso, esta não é a acomodação quatro estrelas que o site deste hotel nos vendeu e pelo qual pagamos adiantado. Viajamos todos os anos para o exterior e jamais ficaríamos num local tão precário assim, afinal, em nossas férias queremos poder desfrutar de boas acomodações e, realmente acreditamos na imagem vendida, e não entregue, pelo site de vocês. Sim, propaganda enganosa. Frente a esta acomodação que não condizia com a reserva efetuada e já paga, não desfizemos as malas e voltamos na portaria para falar com a atendente Sefora Munhoz. Dissemos a ela que não queríamos aquele quarto, que gostaríamos de vir para o hotel e pagaríamos a diferença das acomodações, mes

- O café da manhã é servido entre 8h - 11h. Porém, em todos os passeios as vans te buscam entre 5h - 6h30, logo, você precisa comprar algo para comer previamente. - O café da manhã é muito ruim, em um comparativo com os hotéis do Brasil. Estou falando de suco tang com um iogurte de 2 reais, doce e artificial. Além disso, não é buffet, eles te servem na mesa o que tem no dia. - Os quartos têm infiltração nas paredes, o que gera mofo e uma sensação de descuido. As roupas de cama são boas. - A vedação acústica dos quartos é precária, você escuta qualquer conversa ou barulho nos corredores ou nos quartos de cima. - O preço da água no hotel é absurdo, estou falando de 20 reais para 1,5L. - A localização do hotel é excelente e você consegue ir a pé conhecer os arredores e almoçar/jantar. - O chuveiro é muito bom, e tem água quente na pia também. - O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem na função de ar quente, favorecendo um quarto aquecido no inverno. - É possível fechar passeios na recepção do hotel. - Os funcionários são todos muito solícitos, simpáticos e educados. Conclusão: opte por uma hospedagem melhor, caso tenha condições.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

Nice central location with Santa Lucia just over the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to things like the Hop on Hop off bus stop for Santa Lucia if you’re planning to do that. I had a room on the 14th floor that looked like it needed a deep clean. The windows were streaked with hand prints, the bathroom had chunks dented out of the walls and one of the floor boards was missing part of a panel - it actually slid backwards and forwards when you walked on it. Not sure when the last time anyone from Accor Hotels inspected the property. Pool not open at this time of year. No day spa. Breakfast buffet was the same thing every day and the only hot options were runny scrambled eggs or sliced cooked sausage. Cold selection was nice though with lovely sliced fruits and a good bread and pastry selection. Convenience store located right next door if you needed to pop out for any items. The area is frequented by beggars and street merchants. I was advised by hotel staff not to walk alone and to carry my bag across my front. Probably not the safest area for solo female travellers to wander around.

Professioneller und freundlicher Service in einem relativ sicheren Bezirk in Santiago. Wir haben am Anfang und am Ende unserer Reise nach der Region Patagonia verblieben. Das Hotel ist ein typischer großer Doubletree mit schönen Standardzimmern. Komfortable Betten und gute Duschen und WiFi. Ganz besetzt mit Geschäftsreisen und Menschen von und nach Kreuzfahrten so allerlei Kunden. Personal sehr hilfreich und gut Englisch gesprochen. Wir essen im Restaurant und im Kaffeegeschäft und beide waren ziemlich gut. Genug zu sagen, wir waren froh, beim Doubletree bei unserer Rückkehr nach Santiago nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt ins Hotel zu buchen. Nice hotel, guter Service, ausgezeichneter Preis:Produktbeziehung aus der Front Desk (Venezuela), Zimmermädchen, Frühstück und insbesondere Gründe für diese Bewertung: Tibor, der junge enthusiastische, wenn auch erfahrene Barkeeper. Die nächsten Bilder zeigen den Getränk, aber der große Geschmack, den Sie sich erleben müssen! Führen Sie ihn um: Rauchen Old Fashion (1. Serie) und endlich (für heute): Scottish Business!

Die gut installierten Decken mit allem, was notwendig ist und große Räume. Sehr gute Aufmerksamkeit der Hotelverwaltungen, die alle Möglichkeiten zur Beseitigung der Hindernisse, die der Touristen hat! Auch in der Innenstadt ist es hervorragend gelegen, was die Verbringungen erleichtert. 100% Empfohlen!!

Had a lovely stay, friendly helpful staff and clean, modern, spacious rooms with stylish decor. Nice breakfast and reasonable price. Great location close to central Santiago, Santa Ana and Cumming subway stations and many restaurants. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfekte Lage und wandelbar zu vielen Restaurants, Parks, Costanera Tower, etc. Service war großartig. Sehr sauber und komfortabel! Wir liebten es! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Dusche im Fitnesszentrum für frühe Ankunft. Die Dachaufsicht war erstaunlich für Frühstück, Bar, etc.

Recentemente fiquei hospedada com a família neste hotel durante 6 dias, o hotel tem uma localização boa fica em torno de 20 minutos de carro dos principais pontos turísticos e do aeroporto, café da manha bom e camas confortáveis. Porém o que deixou a desejar é falta de poder controlar o ar condicionado, de madrugada fazia 10 graus e o hotel não tinha aquecedor pois só no inverno que há aquecedor nos quartos, passamos muito frio a noite, por mais que o hotel tenha fornecido cobertores. Outra coisa que também foi que não conseguimos utilizar o cofre, tentaram arrumar o cofre, mas sem sucesso. A piscina só pode ser utilizada se estiver utilizando uma touca de natação o qual é vendido no hotel, achei estranho, pois já me hospedei em muitos hotéis e nunca vi solicitarem isso. Fora isso os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, ocorreu tudo bem!
