A bit old style and there are many tours. Though it's not in the city centre, it's convenient to all public transportation.

Buen desayuno, buena ubicación. Y las recepcionistas no son muy agradables. Me imagino que sería porque llegó un autobús del Inserso.

A horrendous last 2 days with hundreds of students booked in and running riot outside my room for nearly 48 hours solid. Absolute no control from anyone or the hotel staff. No real solution from anyone or care to be frank. The breakfast is same old and repetitive. Not as long as I live would I come back to this hotel.

Horrible! J’y suis allé avec ma classe et nous avons eu beaucoup de problème. Le personnel n’était pas du tout aimable. La nourriture est horrible toujours la même chose sans goûter, trop cuit, pas assez cuit,…. Franchement je m’attendais pas à grand chose mais là c’est un niveau très très bas.

The room was good but in the bathroom we found hair and more, the towels was dirty too! The staff was not nice at all, very rude and unwilling to work. The structure smells really strong and it was really bad, it smells of soup or similar. No one apart from the receptionist can speak english or german and in a Hotel where the students go it’s really bad

Posizione discreta. Centro facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Reception e personale non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere al ''Good morning''. Letti comodi, arredamento antiquato. Abat-jour non funzionante, non sostituita neanche dopo biglietto scritto. Pulizia della camera discutibile. Acqua del lavabo senza pressione, un po' piu' che gocciolante. Asciugamani cambiati giornalmente. Igiene e assortimento della colazione dolce altrettanto discutibile. I piatti ''puliti'' erano pieni di calcare e talvolta con i semini di sesamo del cliente prima appiccicati sopra. Due tipi di marmellata di natura ignota, una gialla e una rosso scura semplicemente adagiati in un piatto.

Rooms and break fast is good basic. Only lots of yought running . Screeming bang doors on every floor. Had ear dops in my ears. Untill in the deep night. Metro is close by . Metro 8 to town. So for 2 a 3 days trip its ok.

When we arrived we were called to the service desk. You'd think to check us in, but she just said some thing about us in their language which we don't speak and only spoke in single words. "Voucher?", when we said we book through green citytrip she just walked off and didn't come back. Saw her once with food in her mouth and for the next few minutes we just stood there. Another couple was getting helped by one older man. He just screemed at them, I've never seen someone be this rude to his clients ever, especially since they were nothing but nice. He was angry they didn't print their voucher and instead had it at their phones. Printing is not necessary at all, since they give you a form anyway which you have to fill all the information in again. I wanted to tell them so badly that they shouldn't let him treat them like that. After some time another women came to help us and she wasn't rude. And every morning and evening getting past the service desk they wouldn't even look up or say hi. Just faces glued to their phones. If anyone from high up this hotel reads this: please fire this old man. Since all he does is scream at clients for no reason at all. Oh and our bathroom was covered in black hairs as well.

Dobry hotel dla grup zorganizowanych, które przyjeżdżają do Pragi na kilka dni. Nocowałam w nim kilka razy, z różnymi grupami - turyści byli zawsze zadowoleni. Pokoje są czyste, obsługa bardzo miła i zaangażowana - zakwaterowanie 50 osób idzie zawsze sprawnie. Śniadania są powtarzalne, ale jest duży wybór produktów, więc można codziennie wybrać coś innego. Duży parking pomieści kilkanaście autobusów.
