When we arrived we were called to the service desk. You'd think to check us in, but she just said some thing about us in their language which we don't speak and only spoke in single words. "Voucher?", when we said we book through green citytrip she just walked off and didn't come back. Saw her once with food in her mouth and for the next few minutes we just stood there. Another couple was getting helped by one older man. He just screemed at them, I've never seen someone be this rude to his clients ever, especially since they were nothing but nice. He was angry they didn't print their voucher and instead had it at their phones. Printing is not necessary at all, since they give you a form anyway which you have to fill all the information in again. I wanted to tell them so badly that they shouldn't let him treat them like that. After some time another women came to help us and she wasn't rude. And every morning and evening getting past the service desk they wouldn't even look up or say hi. Just faces glued to their phones. If anyone from high up this hotel reads this: please fire this old man. Since all he does is scream at clients for no reason at all. Oh and our bathroom was covered in black hairs as well.
