Cooles und stylisches Hotel im Zentrum von Prag der weltberühmten W…-Kette, cooles Spa, 🧖♂️ Frühstück ist auf den Punkt, schade, dass unsere Suite keinen Balkon hatte und die Fenster sich nicht öffnen ließen, ich habe nicht Ich liebe geschlossene Räume...

Die Dekoration ist etwas ganz Besonderes und Großartiges. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß und hat einen Sinn für Design. Es ist selten, in einem neuen Hotel in Europa zu übernachten

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist völlig minderwertig. Der entscheidende Punkt ist der schlechte Service. Das Einchecken hat lange gedauert. Ich habe die Autorisierung zweimal durchgezogen und trotzdem hieß es, der Check-in sei fehlgeschlagen. Der Portier klaute mir drei Schachteln Zigaretten und nahm einen 20-Euro-Schein mit. Sie sahen alle so aus, als wollten sie um Trinkgeld bitten.

不推薦！非常不推薦！這家酒店的系統有很大問題。首先明明在網上付款了房費，到達酒店的時候前台又要讓我反覆付款，最後溝通解決了。然後在入住的第二天晚上，我們收到了莫名其妙的消費扣費，去跟前台溝通是系統又刷了一次我與授權。我們離開的時候是半夜，前台又一次要求我付房費，我們反覆溝通説已經付過了，並且把conformation郵件給他們，總之就是折騰了很久才讓我們走，最後耽誤我退税時間。 然後酒店的服務人員其實都挺專業的。然後他們的温泉體驗非常非常棒，員工也很熱情。 但是房間窗户不能開，廁所抽風系統也不好很悶。雖然員工都很可愛，但是不推薦這個酒店。

房間不錯，前台服務周到，酒店泳池環境優美舒適

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter…tolles Cafe…top Bar…Hotel liegt sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig…alles ist fusslaeufig zu erreichen …Lisa aus Spanien hat den Prosecco direkt beim Einchecken angeboten …die Zimmer sind modern und grosszuegig..Kurzum..best hotel in town…

Mehr als erfreut über unseren letzten Aufenthalt im NEUEN W in Prag. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt!! Die Lage in der Stadt ist super. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß in 10–15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung und Architektur sind so hübsch und beruhigend. Ich kann das Personal gar nicht genug loben. Sie haben uns wirklich das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen und umsorgt zu sein. Viele Lächeln und Begrüßungen mit unseren Namen. Check-in: Tomas (danke für die nette Führung durch das Anwesen). Bar: Kylie und Pierre: tolle Wein- und Cocktailempfehlungen. Concierge: Mikael & Denisa (Ihr seid spitze!! Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren klasse!!) Olga beim Frühstück. (Ja, die Eier Benedict sind köstlich. Und der Ingwer-Shot. Mjam). Das Zimmer ist so schön. Wir haben sogar eines Abends im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Unsere Suite war mehr als fantastisch!! So ein bequemes Bett! Das Housekeeping hat sich wirklich übertroffen. Es gab eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit, die mich zu Tränen gerührt hat!! Im Zimmer waren Schmetterlinge 🦋 🦋🦋🦋 platziert! Auch für uns gab es eine wunderschöne persönliche Nachricht. Und die Schmetterlinge wurden am nächsten Tag wieder verlegt. Wunderbar. Ich habe der Rezeption und dem Concierge gesagt, wie sehr mich das berührt hat. (Krisalisbutterfly) Beim Auschecken bekamen wir ein besonderes Foto (danke Max) von Prag mit Schmetterlingen und liebevolle handgeschriebene Nachrichten vom Personal. Etwas, das ich in Ehren halten werde. Maria an der Rezeption 🫶 Wir können gar nicht genug Gutes sagen! Wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen!! Das Spa: einfach fabelhaft! Die Bar im Erdgeschoss! Wir waren begeistert von unseren Cocktails nach dem Abendessen! Alles erstklassig!!

Ich schreibe sonst keine Hotelbewertungen, aber wir haben gerade ein wundervolles Wochenende im neuen W Hotel in Prag verbracht und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Von der wunderschönen Einrichtung bis hin zum freundlichen Personal (Maxim an der Rezeption, Denisa, die Concierge, und Maria, die Oberkellnerin für die Cocktailbar im Erdgeschoss, um nur einige zu nennen) fühlten wir uns rundum verwöhnt. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, und das À-la-carte-Menü und das Buffet waren köstlich. Nichts war zu viel … vom Brillenputzset neben meiner Brille im Zimmer bis zum Turndown-Service – wir würden gerne wiederkommen und wiederkommen!

Ich empfehle das W Prague der ganzen Welt.❤️ Dieses W Prague Hotel ist erst seit einem Monat geöffnet und ich habe es mitbekommen. Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom alten Platz entfernt. Die Einrichtungen des AWAY SPA sind fantastisch. Zusätzlich zum Super-Whirlpool gibt es auch ein intensives Nassdampf-Erlebnis, das die verschiedenen Jahreszeiten wahrnimmt … Das Beste ist der Whatever/Whenever-Service. Bei Ihrer Ankunft stehen Ihnen Begrüßungsgetränke und heiße Handtücher zur Verfügung. Sie führte uns durch das Hotel und schickte uns anschließend zurück aufs Zimmer. Ihr letzter Satz war: „Ich mag China sehr.“ Ich hoffe, in Zukunft nach China zu reisen und das W Hotel in China kennenzulernen. Der gesamte emotionale Wert ist maximal 👍

We had an extremely inspiring stay in this luxurious hotel. Everything was top level! Starting with the staff: every staff member was doing their utmost to make you feel welcome and special. A wow experience. Then the hotel itself. Outstanding and very special. The lounge, the Bissou, the restaurant, the rooftop terrace, the club music, all was very special and distinctive. The interior was of a very high standard! It outclasses every other hotel we've ever been to. Remco and his entire team did a wonderfull job. Keep the spirit going! Willem Schrijver

Amazing hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in. The customer service is amazing. Every staff member was exceptional and welcoming. Titanium status and was treated exceptionally well. Late check out was provided and offered at check in. Was upgraded to a suite which was epic . One of the last comfortable beds I’ve slept in . Welcome beers were provided. Which was a nice touch. The wet areas of the hotel were amazing . Only critique would be to warm up the jacuzzi a little more in winter. It was all very relaxing . After using the sauna/steam they have a walkthrough shower experience which is epic !!!. Gym is well equiped and well maintained and clean, as is the entire property. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best breakfasts ive had in a hotel anywhere in the world . Once again all the staff amazing . I truly can not say a bad word about his property not its staff . Everything and everyone was truly amazing !! Must stay in Prague !!!

From the second we stepped in up until we checked out, this was hands down the best W experience I’ve had out of all the W’s I have been to. We were checked in by Raul who was really friendly upon check in and even helped us get an early check in. The room was really beautiful and they even prepared a cake as we were celebrating our anniversary. The whole hotel was so beautiful that it made you want to just stay and hang out the whole day. Denisa from the concierge was a real star. She was so excited to give us a walk through of the hotel and showed us to our room while also offering to give us recommendations around Prague. The next day, we were heading out after check out and she caught us at the door just to say goodbye to us, her energy is just amazing. AWAY Spa. The facilities are top notch and aesthetics are so on point, but what made the place stand out was the warm hospitality from Tim and Tomoe who took the time to get to know with us even though they were busy keeping the away spa in tip top condition. The AWAY spa team even went out of the way to prepare a small gift for us to have a beautiful memory of W Prague, I really admire the effort and attention to detail as they remembered our names even though they see so many guests everyday. W Lounge In the evening we went to the W lounge, the DJ and atmosphere was great. We were taken care of by Veronika who we thought were the W insider because she was giving us such great recommendations in Prague. we were telling her that we were disappointed that we could not go to the ABOVE Rooftop due to the strong winds and big shoutout to her and Bond for arranged for us to have a tour of the rooftop and to Guiseppe for taking us on the tour. It really is WHATEVER/WHENEVER at the W. Michael also took care of us and gave us even more recommendations and shared that he was going for a competition soon (ALL THE BEST!) and brought us to Minus One afterwards where we were taken care of by the wonderful Maria. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, this has to be one of the best hospitality I’ve experienced so far. Everyone had great energy and i could see their passion for the industry. I will always recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague.
