我定的豪華三人間 缺給我一張雙人床 有一張沙發 卻沒有被子 要了三次 一會兒給毛毯 一會兒給沒有被套的被芯 最後拿來一條床單 完全沒睡好

Das Hotel war super. Das schönste auf unserer Rundreise. Wir wurden superfreundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war gross wie auch das Badezimmer. Ausgerüstet mit allem was man benötigt. Schöne Bar um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch ausgezeichnet.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage im Zentrum und bestem Service! Der Wellnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet, nicht sehr groß aber sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert!

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer der Haupt Einkaufsstraßen. Das Frühstück ist für spanische Verhältnisse TOP! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, wie auch im Service sind alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Auto wird von einem Mitarbeiter zum Parkplatz gebracht. Trotz allem finde ich den Preis nicht angemessen. ( lag vielleicht an der Reisezeit, 1 Woche später hätten wir pro Nacht 100 € weniger bezahlt )

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Einzig die Toilette im Badezimmer des Raumes 501 war in einer Position montiert die Verletzungen bei Nutzung sehr wahrscheinlich verursachen kann. Das liegt daran, das die Toilette an der Seite des Waschbeckens so nah montiert wurde das fast kein Raum ist sie zu benutzen.

The hotel is well centred. We made the choice for its swimming pool and spa. We were very very disappointed because the swimming pool opens only at 1pm till 9 pm (never seen such a schedule in a 5 stars hotel) and kids below 14 can only go between 3 pm till 5 pm.

My wife and I spent two nights here. We got off to a rough start as the front desk guy (Jose) couldn’t find our reservation and didn’t seem to exert any effort in looking for it. I showed him my confirmation and he eventually found it. Luckily, after checking in, things went well. We had a penthouse superior room that was very nice. Our rate included breakfast. Fruit and hot a la cart items at breakfast were excellent. The machine coffee was lousy, though - small servings, bitter coffee and the decaffeinated pods weren’t identified. They have valet parking which can be reserved. I highly recommend this as parking in Andorra can be difficult to find. Hotel is centrally located and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Excluding our check-in issue, the front desk was very helpful. Recommended.

What a delightful establishment! Rooms are small, but nicely furnished and well-stocked with everything you could ask for: refrigerator with soft and hard drinks, snacks, coffee making equipment. The breakfast offerings are extensive, and they will prepare anything you wish that isn’t offered or on the menu. Can’t say enough about this place

Very good hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Our suite was perfect for our needs and the dining and breakfast were good.

The hotel is super nice and fancy service is great and the people at the respetion always smile We enjoy staying there and definitely will come back 200 letters is a bit too much but it is important to me to leave a review so I'll just keep writing until I'll get there....

Our stay at Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness was delightful for the short time we stayed. Our rooms were immaculate, large and provided all the amenities we needed. Julio was there to help with anything and always had a smile. The hotel is convenient to the entire city and easily walkable. We would stay again if we ever visit the beautiful country of Andorra again.
