From the moment we walked in the door, we received an overwhelming warm welcome. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond for us. Tracy impressed me. So kind and polite. Our rooms were beautiful, super quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. We loved that the location was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping (about 5-10 min casual walk). Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

An excellent Hilton in a great location.close to the shenzhen airport and shoping mall, there are many restaurants around the hotel. The property is modern, stylish, well equipped and the staff l encountered were all friendly, helpful and did a great job. Shout out to Kevin. The rooms are cozy ,comfortable and quiet, and the beds are so comfortable.

We loved this hotel, such great service by the front desk staff（Sylvia）, comfortable room and conveniently located.. Breakfast was great and with a spectacular view of the city. Will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Great location,close to shenzhen airport，from subway station around 10 minutes. really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, 8 minute walk from the metro station. Staff are super friendly, especially tracy. We stayed in juest one night and it was the most beautiful view，overall the room was absolutely perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back when we're next in shenzhen, I am super love the delivery robot, it is so cool and can sent any things I need.

The staff are friendly and professional, especially Mia who served me. She is beautiful and kind, always proactively offering help whenever I need it. The room is clean and tidy, making me feel at home; I even don't want to leave here. Thank you to this hotel and its staff;it is your enthusiasm and professionalism that made my journey so perfect. I have already started planning my next visit, hoping we can meet again in the future. By the way, there’s really close to the airport and subway station.

Good location, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's very handy that there is a washing machine/dryer in the laundry room at 5th floor for free.

Check in was smooth. Service was great. Every one of the staff was courteous and helpful. It was raining and there were umbrellas on loan. front desk Janet was superb as our room was in tiptop condition when we going to room. We met the front desk lady a few times and she was friendly and full of smiles as she greeted us good morning on our way out. The room was spacious, clean and new. Air-conditioner was working well. Our stay in n shenzhen was especially enjoyable because we can come back to such comfortable. There is nothing to fault really. I hope to be back here soon.

Very convenient if taking tax from airport. It would take 5-10 minutes of a walk to reach nearby Starbucks and a bunch of malls/shops/restaurants, which was not too far. metro access was near the hotel, so seniors or kids might find it troublesome. lts facilities were excellent and well maintained. Elevators were plenty and sufficient all the time during my stay. The room was big and clean.

I stayed at this hotel because of i was last night staying in shenzhen so I choose this hotel cause very close to the shenzhen airport and was very happy with my choice. this whole hotel is smoke free. The elevators require a room key to leave the ground floor, and I felt so safe in my room. This hotel rooms are big , so it met my expectations in that regard but a double is plenty for a solo traveler. The room was quiet. Staff are friendly. Drinks are free in the minbar, which is refreshing on a hot day. I would stay here again.A subway station is a short walk away away from the hotel. shopping mall just 5 minutes away by walk , on the 5th floor is fitness center and laundry room all are free . There's also a restaurant on the 20th floor with a nice view.
