Wir haben in diesem sehr aparten und optimal gelegenes Gästehaus mit seiner geschmackvollen, modernen Einrichtung vier außergewöhnlich schöne Tage verbracht. Wesentlichen Anteil daran hatten dabei zweifellos unsere aufmerksamen, und bemerkenswert sympathischen Gastgeber, deren kulinarische wie auch sonstigen Empfehlungen sich ausnahmslos als echte "Volltreffer" erwiesen hatten. Tatsächlich kann ich mich nicht daran erinnern, jemals eine solchen Vorfreude auf ein Frühstück empfunden zu haben, was zum einen an der behutsamen Auswahl der primär-regionalen Produkte lag, darüber hinaus aber an der hinreißenden Art und Weise wie uns diese jeden Morgen präsentiert mit vielen wertvollen Hintergrund-Informationen dargeboten wurden. Absolute & uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!

Sehr schönes Guesthouse, sehr nette Inhaber, wurden sehr gut empfangen, das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstück hervorragend, also perfekt und sehr Gut gelegen in Porto! Man kann zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Dieses Guesthouse kann man nur empfehlen.

The guest house is in a great location, set in a courtyard back from the road but right in the middle of the action. Great places to eat and drink within a very easy walk, as is the river and public transport. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy (you have to organise the time in advance), breakfast was simple but delicious, and the facilities in the room were perfect.

We stayed at the InPatio Guest House for four nights in April. It was a great place to stay with the north bank of the river just a couple of blocks down the hill, with views across to the Port wine tasting rooms on the south bank. The place is tucked away in the tiniest courtyard I've seen -- there are driveways that are bigger -- but its enough to squeeze in this place as well as a restaurant. Fernando and Olga were amazing hosts: very friendly and eager to make us feel special. They served a slightly different breakfast each morning, highlighting different regions of Portugal. There are only five rooms, so don't expect a big-hotel experience, and book early. It's more like a B&B than a hotel, but that's what we were looking for. The room was well equipped with a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a safe (always a plus for me). The decor is very modern, so if you are looking for old-world ambiance, this isn't the place. My wife and I loved it.

Beautiful, modern furnishings inside of a historic building tucked away in a quiet corner at Praca do Infante D. Henrique. A 3 minute walk to the Ribeira. Olga and Fernando have done an amazing job with this property keeping the original granite walls while adding the most modern conveniences. The breakfast was carefully curated from local Porto meats and cheeses all presented with love by Olga. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at InPatio was fantastic! The hosts were so helpful and the homemade breakfast of meat, cheese, bread, and fresh squeezed orange juice each morning was incredible. Plus, the location of the guest house was perfect for exploring Porto!

Lovely quiet stay in Porto at InPatio Guest House a couple of minutes from the riverfront. Fernando, Olga, and Jr. were the perfect hosts - great breakfast with local meats and cheeses etc. - large, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Great location in walking distance from the sites and many restaurants nearby. Heartily recommended!

We just spent 19 days in Portugal and stayed in 7 different inns/ hotels. This was our favorite. The inn is charming and well located for the sights of Porto and Olga and Fernando were excellent hosts. The breakfasts were outstanding and they were very accommodating to our schedule. Additionally the restaurant recommendations they gave us in advance were some of our favorite restaurants of the trip. Don’t think about staying anywhere else.

Just a delight. A very well maintained guest house and lovely breakfast prepared by Olga and Fernando. Centrally located. A great find. Near very good restaurants and very close to the walkable river front. Staff is helpful to find places to explore.
