Location good, linked bridge to AEON MALL provided Free parking car at basement&Ground Floor (tng card needed, verify ur card at Main Lobby level 7 every time ur go out). King Suite room spacious, clean and nice view from room (swimming pool view but not belonging to CANVAS HOTEL😅) Bed soft, comfort, clean Iron board, iron, hair dryer provided So far, can repeat again👍🏻

The location is quite good, just next to the AEON mall, which has a lot of restaurants, book shops, department store and so on. The receptionists are nice and friendly. The rooms are clean. The hangers are also very interesting, very stable and useful.

Can tell that this hotel is nice when you come to Klang. Affordable and modern. Free parking (validate your tng). Can order food from the apps (Aeon Bukit Tinggi just front of this hotel)

Good: • The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. • The location is very convenient, right next to a mall with a connecting bridge. • The air conditioning in the room was turned on in advance, so we entered a pleasantly cool room—much appreciated. Areas for Improvement: • The toilet door could be replaced. An auto-closing toilet door is inconvenient, especially if your hands are full. • Carpark entrance instructions for hotel guests could be clearer. Overall: I would definitely stay here again!

The best hotel for staying

The hotel location is quite strategic. Got a bridge connect to Aeon Bukit Tinggi. Lots of food and shop can visit. The staff also quite friendly and if you drive, got free parking to park your car.

A strange hotel, with Reception on the 7th Floor (with the entry lobby vacant) and a split lift system. Basement/ Ground Level lifts go to Level 7 Reception ONLY, then change lifts to either go up or down from there. Relatively expensive for a 2 star hotel. Has no dining room (and zero other facilties - but an excellent view of the very nice pool of the apartment complex next door), and (despite the reference online) no coffee shop. Yes, it is located immediately adjacent to Aeon Mall, but as the Mall and its eateries don't open until 10am that doesn't help with getting breakfast! The room was quite large and spacious and generally comfortable - except the pillows were very high and rock-hard, with no spare/ option pillows in the room. We ended up using the chair/bed throw cushions as pillows. Management were very inflexible as regards late check-out, and the intended charge for that was so prohibitively high it was cheaper for us to rent a hotel apartment closer to KLIA for the for whole night, for the 6 hours use we needed before leaving and catching our late night flight. Parking IS free (2 validations ONLY per day, has to be obtained each time from Reception) but what the online blurb doesn't say is the basement carpark has no access 10pm to 8am, so if you want to use your car during those hours (to go out dining, see the night lights and sights of KL) bad luck! That fact effectively stopped us from chosing to dine away from the immediate area of the hotel. There are better options available with better facilities, cheaper and with management prepared to be flexible regarding check-in times and greater carpark accessibility after hours. We won't be returning.

Location is good if you are visiting the Klang industrial area for business as the hotel is next to the Aeon mall and the AeroBus terminal for the airport express bus.
