Camping Officiel Siblu Domaine de Kerlann

The location is great as a base to discover the local area. The accommodation was roomy, we had a 3 bed mobile home. The indoor pool was OK but not a lot for older kids. However the pool had lots of Halloween decorations and tricks which they enjoyed. Our only disappointment was the service at the bar. We knew enough french to know certain staff would say to other staff they were not serving the English people. We were also ignored and treated like 2nd class often being served after others who had arrived well after us. Its a shame because otherwise it was a good holiday.

Fantastic evening shows performed by the entertainment team! They put on lots of great daytime activities too - a very friendly team. The park is peaceful. Would recommend the shop, bar and restaurant.

Having been to some awesome sites in Brittany, this was a bit pants. Swimming pool too small for the number of residents, weird rules about inflatables, ‘security’ preventing kids swimming if they don’t have a wristband (like people are going to drive to the middle of nowhere to break into a slightly cold small pool). Just not as good as other options in the region.

We spent a week at Domaine de Kerlann with extended family. We had booked 4 identical mobile homes, but on arrival we allocated 4 very different spec homes. Ours seemed the most poorly equipped: no TV, dishwasher or washing machine. On querying this we were told that these things weren’t selected on booking but the booking for all 4 was done at the same time by one person who definitely would not have booked a lower spec home for just one of us! The cost to have a TV for the week was 75 euros extra. We decided not to bother but paid 17 euros for the WiFi on 4 devices for the week. We discovered that the coverage in our home was very poor, but seemed to work fine in another family member’s home which was very frustrating when you have 2 bored children and what ended up being a rainy week. There was also not enough cutlery or kitchen utensils for the 4 of us so we had to borrow from another member of our family’s home. The only upside was we were very close to the playground area and the kids made friends with some lovely French girls which made their holiday. They also really enjoyed the pools especially the indoor one even though it was very busy due to the wet weather.

Lovely place for family with young kids, this was our third time to visit here, easy to get to from Roscoff port. The weather can be a bit hit and miss in this location. Kids and teens club at 10-12noon and 3-5pm, all our 4 kids loved it there and we're very sad to leave. Entertainment on every night. No faults at all.

Lovely place, family orientated, kids love it. Only draw back would be the cost of beverages in the Bar. Staff are very good and the location is lovely. The surrounding villlage, towns and beaches are beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay the facilities were very good. The take away service could be better as we waited an hour for our order. The food very very good, needs more staff to make this a quicker turnaround. The accommodation was good and comfortable.

Siblu Domaine de Kerman provided for a great family holiday. Easy check in and you can drive straight to outside your lodge. The lodge was exactly as pictured on the website- very up to date and fully equipped. Whilst the lodges are close together, everyone was very polite and no music or parties. It was mostly families on holiday. The pool area was great for kids with a water park area, two outdoor pools and an indoor pool also with a splash area for kids. There is a complementary kids club for children 3-15. You get sent details for how to register before you arrive but beyond that it is ad hoc- just turn up on the day. Plenty of beautiful sandy beaches within a 15 minute drive on the coast. Entertainment in the evening was a bit late for my children (ages 4 and 7) as it usually started at 9pm but was a variety of singing and performances. Whilst it could be heard from around the resort it was over by 11/11:30. They also did a pool party one afternoon/evening. The shop on site has fresh bread as well as food staples and other resort things (noodles and floats). There is an intermarche supermarket approximately 5 min drive away in Nevez. The restaurant on site was okay the one night we went. I may have erred in ordering a Hawaiian poke salad which arrived with salmon and avocado as expected but also cooked carrots, potatoes, peas, beans and rice more suitable for the side of a roast dinner. The entrecôte my partner had was very good however and the chèvre chaud salad starter was also very good. All in all a great place to holiday with a family and we are delighted to have found it.
