I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel, considering the price point of over $30. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small and lacked cleanliness. The corridor had a persistent unpleasant odor.
Safety was also a concern, and the overall environment felt unhygienic. The toilet was in poor condition, making it difficult to use. The shower was unusable.
The duvet had visible stains and was excessively dirty. The provided slippers and towels were old and worn out. Interestingly, towels were only available at the reception with a cash deposit of 50 ringgit.
Given the price, I expected a more comfortable and clean stay. Sadly, this hotel fell short of my expectations.

compare to other sun inns and other nearby budget hotel, the room is a dismay. it is small, and not cupboard or hanger to hang cloth. there is tea making facility without the tea or coffee. we paid extra for a window room but there is no scenery and the curtain is very run down. the towel is having hole. tv reception is clear though. if the hotel upkeep the facility a bit, for the price it is still good.

Price is unbeatable for big family room. Floor is clean but the bedsheets have blood stain. No toolbrush provided. Receptionist abit black face but understandable since we woke him up to check in during midnight 3am. Overall good stay experience, definitely will come back again.

This hotel cleaness is acceptable and crew serviced is good,my room tv having problems received program but serviced it very fast after I feedback to counter,appreciate for fast response. But the only down point is when I check in ,room allocation to me is without windows,while my booking is room with windows,I need to additional top up money to having room with windows

The worst experience I have ever had. The authority should close down the hotel.
Bad service, so many cockroaches big and small running around the toilets and everywhere inside the room and outside. Unhygienic place and bed sheets not changed at all. I will never recommend but will strongly recommend to do a close down. Attached are photos and videos.

Toilet good. Staff helpful and polite.
However flooring tiles in the room are loose and noisy when stepped on. Aircon noisy. TV reception not good.
