Das japanische Restaurant des Hotels - Denghui - ist wirklich gut. Unsere Familie hat hier zu Abend gegessen und einen schönen Abend verbracht. Die Weihnachtsdekoration des Hotels ist wunderschön und vermittelt eine weihnachtliche Atmosphäre.

Die Zimmergröße ist ok, genau richtig, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Leider haben wir an einem Donnerstag eingecheckt. Viele Restaurants außerhalb des Hotels waren geschlossen und die Restaurants im Inneren des Hotels waren nicht geöffnet. Nur das Café in der Lobby im ersten Stock war geöffnet, es gab nur einige kleine Bestellungen und dann die Bequemlichkeit Der Laden im Hotel war geöffnet. Eine große Anzahl von Gästen ging in den Supermarkt des Hotels, um Lebensmittel zu kaufen, als ob sie einen Panikverkauf veranstalteten. Es ist wirklich selten, dass ein so mit Sternen ausgezeichnetes Hotel über unbequeme Einrichtungen verfügt!

What we love: -clean, spacious and well-stocked room -relatively central -family mart at hotel lobby (note not 24 hrs) -amazing agu pork bacon burger at gourmet bar -decent price point -lots of parking What we felt could be better (though some is at no fault of the hotel): -not much food/convenience store within walking distance -paid parking (1000Y/night) -strong smoke smell lingering at basement Would definitely come back again!

Convenient Location & Great Stay - The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Naha city center, the shopping street, and Shurijo Castle. - There are many shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. - Since the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, traffic is less congested, which makes getting around easier. Things to consider: - The hotel was crowded with businessmen, likely due to the event halls onsite. - There was a noticeable smoke smell in the lobby and basement floor, where the basement is the exit to the parking lot. - No valet parking and the parking lot is limited in space. - There is a charge for parking per day (multi-entry is okay). - The staff were not very supportive, from check-in to check-out. - There was noise from the upper floor as well as structural noises, like from the bathroom door and shower room, which disrupted our rest. - Traffic noise was also audible in the room, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, the hotel’s location and spacious rooms are definite highlights, perfect for just staying and travelling in and around the city. But the service, noise, and other inconveniences might not make it the best option for those looking for a relaxing stay.

Very average hotel, not many people at the front desk speaks English, location is not that great too.

Just realize after returning that I ve booked std twin room but they offered me a double room. My room was on the 5th floor opposite the housekeeping room. It somehow bothersome and noisy. The room size is same as Japanese room, quite small. If you come with 28” luggage you have to manage to open it. By the way, BF is super.

Have a pretty decent stay for a night. Staff also pretty helpful.

If you don’t have a car the location is a bit of. Very inconvenient that they don’t offer an airport pickup. As we arrived the extra bed in our twin room was charged with 63000 yen for 3 nights without breakfast! Rooms as such are ok, staff friendly

Hotel staffs are polite, helpful and most of them can communicate in English with problem. Also the location is very close to city centre. Hotel room are spacious and clean.

Too small room

While it may not be located in the most convenient area, it does offer a good price with a breakfast buffet and the opportunity to try different Okinawan dishes. Parking fee : 1000 yen per night
