Appreciated for the decoration and cake in the room for hubby birthday and our Anniversary celebration. Its our first time staycation at Renaissance and glad that we had choose this hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and many varieties.

Very nice environment especially the lounge. Food is great in the evening! Friendly and helpful staff.

Good stay at sales price. Paid for a room at level 9 with a bay view but is too low to have a nice view. Pool is quiet and chill, gym is empty but equipment are in good condition. Breakfast spread is good as usual

Room was great! Although room was facing a huge expressway so traffic can be heard, but not a big issue. Breakfast variety was good. Would stay here again!

🔑 Checking in: Seamless, less than 3minutes for online booking (paid). 🛁 Toilet: All good except the shower floor can be a bit slippery. 😴 Bed: Love the King size bed, we only found out that we can switch the pillows on our last night, as my husband felt the pillows was a bit too soft. But all good. 🍽️ Breakfast buffet: The breakfast spread was scrumptious, with tons of options; egg stations, roti canai, pancakes, dimsum, heavy local dish such as nasi lemak, mee soup, to the heavenly pastries, and my fav the freshly made juices. Coffee and teh tarik was amazing as well. The service was superb. 🧊 The AC: The room that we stayed was too cold. We tried to change the temperature and switch off the AC but still it was too cold for us. Overall, love Renaissance for the top-notch services, definitely will come here again.

Hotel service is significantly better than other JB hotels. Room is spacious, toilet floor felt more like 3 stars, the bay view is great, could see parts of SG CBD on a clear day. Breakfast selection was great. Loved that the location is slightly quieter but not far from mid valley southkey. Many shops surrounding the hotel to eat, massage, do your hair etc. Chagee and Koi is walkable! Would recommend Renaissance to friends and family (:

Love the pillows and beddings. They are impt for a good night's rest. Breakfast was delicious and there are many varieties

I love the hotel ambience so much as it was really clean and cozy! The room was quite big with ok view. They also have a 24-hr gym room located at 6th floor. The location was quite far away from downtown but there were quite a few of good food nearby by walk or a 10-mins drive. The only issue was with the room’s air cond. Despite I set the temperature at 25++, it would still show 18 ~20 degree Celsius and it was really cold at night 😅

We enjoyed every minute in the hotel. My favourite go to jbcation! All was great except for the aircon was making some weird noise. But we were too sleepy to feedback.
