The hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.

Very noisy karaoke bar across the street that has ppl singing all hours of the night. The roof top is the only pool area and it’s a super small pool with minimal area to sit around pool without feeling like the focal point of attention alway. Not a “resort” style place. More like a Miami hotel roof top club with pounding House music all day and night. Food was really good at each restaurant, the front lobby bar had the kindest bartenders. We enjoyed the hotel look, the rooms were large and overall clean but they do not provide water bottles or new fresh clean cups daily to drink from which we found odd. Service was slow at the restaurants but everyone overall was kind except the front desk staff who had a few individuals who were rude but others who were great. Luckily when staying at the Reef 28 you have full access to their sister resort The reef coco beach which is a short 10 min walk. Coco Beach is a great family
Resort with a massive pool, great service and food which can all be used. If it wasn’t for access to coco beach our stay would have been a nightmare at the reef 28 but we were so happy with coco beach amenities and had beautiful private beach access.

We were greeted with drinks the moment we arrived, for someone who greeted us and asked if we wanted free vouchers for a presentation for a vocation club. We agreed and then had someone for a hour threatened and pressure us to sign up for a 10 year contract paying for what you would pay for a brand new kia optima wanting a percentage up front for this vocation club wanting a down payment; I continued to decline where they became nasty, rude, threatening, and scary not taking no for an answer, I almost felt like my life was in jeopardy at this point, being in a foreign country. Then after the representative, manager couldn’t convince me they brought the their boss, where I stated I didn’t have the money for them to leave me alone. She then said can we offer you a credit, ‘like really! Ruined my whole trip where I felt threatened to even be there afterwards.

Nice hotel in PDC downtown, easy access to 5th ave lots of things to do. Spacious room and comfortable bed, nice rooftop but service there could be improved as it seems not many waitresses available.
Water is complimentary and you can refuel which is definitely a plus.
Price for breakfast too expensive 45 usd we preferred go to Starbucks 2 min walk.

Very Noisy, this "Resort" was very noisy most hours of the night. 630am when breakfast starts plates are clanging and music is playing. Then the restaurant closes but the music keeps playing til at least midnight. Do not book this place unless you do not want to sleep. Lastly we asked for a room change and even though they had spare rooms they were unwilling to move us to a quiet room. We booked a romantic dinner but had to cancel as we could not contact the arranger and ran out of time and we asked for a later check out and even though there were rooms on ******* and booking they said they were fully booked and gave us 30mins! not booking this one again!

Recently returned from staying at the Reef 28 and my experience went like this. The hotel is located conveniently right by the main ***** so you have easy access to all the entertainment. Starbucks located a block away which is convenient. Check in was quick and nice but they do try to offer you a concierge soon as you check in to sit with you, but due to long travel we declined. Once we sat they try to sell you on purchasing a package to tour the sister hotel which we declined. The room was very spacious and clean, nice pillows, few beverages in fridge, filtered water on each floor and a water jug to fill & place in place. Down side is the water was warm and when filling jacuzzi the water was cold. By the last 2 days the water got hot. Roof top is a party vibe everyday which was okay with us with great music. Our waiter Luis F was AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. He was there everyday & was friendly the entire time. Breakfast was good but not a fan of the dinners. Food from bar was good wings, guacamole, nachos and fries. Drinks semi watered down so order shots. Overall I would stay again just eat elsewhere!
