Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Gut für eine Übernachtung. Wegen hohen Preisen am Flughafen Ft.Lauderdale war das la Quinta Inn eine bezahlbare Alternative. In ruhigem Quartier gelegen, zum Flughafen Ft.Lauderdale etwa 15 Minuten. Also kein Problem. Zimmer war neu renoviert, ein etwas spezieller Geruch stellte ich im Zimmer und bei den Kissen fest. Aber zum Glück nkonnte man die Fenster öffnen und gut lüften. Somit war es für mich ok. ich konnte auch schon um 12:00 mittags einchecken. Sehr netter Empfang. Frühstück ist ok, wie es halt für amerikanische Verhältnisse üblich ist. (Plasticgeschirr und so...).
Ich würde es als Alternative zu teuren Flughafenhotels wieder buchen. Grosser gratis Parkplatz.

Dislikes multiple problems with elevator only one working part time !!!
Overall building and disrepair will not return to this location

This hotel is in a great area, however, the hotel is old, dated, and in need of an urgent face lift. the elevator stopped working during our stay, however the staff were quick to call the service company and fixed it. It is just too old and too slow. The breakfast is good, is what you would expect in a hotel chain like this one.

The rooms at the La Quinta are very dated. The shower leaked from the top constantly, spraying outside of the shower curtain, all over the floor, which had to be cleaned up after every single person showered. We did not need room service on our second day, but we did need more towels. I attempted to get more towels from housekeeping, but they said they were completely out of towels.
This location is quite far inland and not located close to a beach, but for the price, it is way too expensive. The breakfast was OK but not great either, compared to other La Quinta that we've stayed at. The gentleman that was preparing the breakfast was great and very helpful, but he seemed to be overwhelmed because it's a lot of work to keep up with all of the people staying at the hotel. All in all, I was quite disappointed with our stay, comparing this to other La Quinta hotels that we've stayed at.

The property is in a convenient location with free breakfast. There seems to be some renovation going on in the hotel. The elevator takes forever to come, maybe because there is only one and the hotel could use a new one.
