ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I paid to stay in the deluxe single apartment with balcony and it was absolutely awful. First off, I got there and there was no welcome back or any indication on where to actually check in. I called them to ask and they were no help. Luckily someone was walking out and I asked if I was in the right place. They said I had to go to the 7th floor. It didn't state this at all when booking. Next I walk into the check in office and the whole floor is a building site and I was handed my room key and elevate card with no details on how to use it. It became a guessing game as the key pad on my room had finger print entry AND a code... It took me 30 minutes to get in. I got into my apartment and it was disgusting. There was mould all round the sink, cracks all over the walls, the in house telephone didn't work, I wasn't given a WiFi code and had to return downstairs to get it and the receptionist was rude as she wrote it on my card. (Which should have been done at check in). It's an apartment building with a kitchenette, I was looking forward to making food and enjoying cheap nights in as I'm a solo traveller. Imagine how happy I was when there was absolutely no cooking utensils. NOTHING, not even cutlery. The kettle didn't work, the coffee in the sachets was like it had been there years, the main electronics board for the in house phone etc didn't work and finally (infact not finally, I've just given up) the washing machine didn't work so doing my washing to keep cost down was also out the window. When I raised all this at reception the lady just shrugged it off as if it wasn't her problem, it was the websites for false advertising (her words) she told me I should just complain to the website... Ridiculous customer service... I really to advise you book somewhere else. The ehole thing was a nightmare!! And it was made out like it was my fault. Ow infact 1 more thing. The gym actually costs $5.50 to use everytime you want to use it and its not even in the same building! And lastly, you have to pay extra to sit by the pool aswell... Nightmare!!
