Gute Punkte - Die Aussicht war gut, da es hoch oben war. - Alle Mitarbeiter waren so fürsorglich und freundlich, dass ich mich, obwohl es etwas belastend war, wohl gefühlt habe. - Das Frühstück war super und der Service im Restaurant war auch super. - Vielen Dank für den Geburtstagswunsch inklusive Dekoration und Geburtstagstorte. Bedauerliche Punkte - Es ist noch nicht zu 100 % geöffnet, daher gibt es nicht viele Restaurants zur Auswahl und das Spa ist noch nicht geöffnet. - Beim Duschen war es etwas laut. - Die Fenstervorhänge im Gästezimmer sind manuell, nicht automatisch. - Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein - Das Handtuch ist neu und hat daher einige Flusen. Insgesamt war ich zufrieden.

Das Hotel wurde am 28. Dezember eröffnet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Auch die Souvenirs sind sehr aufmerksam. Der Willkommenssnack aus getrockneter Mango ist sehr lecker, nicht so süß wie der mit extra Zucker.

Es wurde gerade erst eröffnet und vermittelt ein leicht dekoratives Flair. Aber das Zimmer liegt in einem höheren Stockwerk mit guter Aussicht. Besonders schön zum Fotografieren ist der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach. Auch die Lage ist gut und das Unabhängigkeitsdenkmal ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

This is a very new hotel that graces the skyline of Phnom Penh with all the modern features and facilities that are expected from the Shangri La brand. This is our first trip to Phnom Penh and second trip to Cambodia and it was refreshing memory of the friendly people of Cambodia. Our food was delicious with a staff that was equally accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our 3 days here, returning each day to this oasis after visiting the Royal Palace and silver pagoda and the golden pagoda on the next day. Walking along the Mekong is very refreshing. Monika and all of the staff were extremely caring and helpful.
