The direction to the hotel is abit lack of information. Could be due to newly completed building and the main access is not readily available. The rest amenities are excellent. I like the gym and yoga room very much.

The entrance road is very hard and confusing. We lost two times before we finally can arrive. Room is good but no washing machine. Fridge smell moldy and very faulty. Construction & renovation everywhere so very noisy at morning.

Eventho is new and not fully complete but the room is nice, good quality furniture and the security is helpful

New serviced suites located at Empire City Damansara. The Mall is still under construction. The Room is clean and spacious. Parking is free.

Overall a value for money stay, however there's a few things you must note. Construction works is still going on at the whole area, and the drop off at lobby is not open. You must go through the parking at level B4 or B3. The carpark is very dusty. It took us 3 times round the block before we found the way. The view from the pool at level 39 is nice and the gym is huge. The rooms are very new and clean. My only complaint is the toilet is bare and does not have a shower screen. The toilet gets very wet after showering and there is little place to hand you clothes.

Hard to find the location for the first time. The room is ok.free parking. The area not look nice like still under construction. Dusty.

Best. Very new hotel. A lot of parking. Room very big. U need car to go out for food. Night time no service. Brand new hotel.

Absolutely inconvenient, couldn’t even called a Grab to pick us up at the entrance. Won’t come again for sure

Overall stay are good since its new facility some of room are still in renovation notice. Facilities are great , gym great, pool good however theres no one will give you towel athough its noted in room that we will be given towel at pool area.

Room is comfortable overall, customer service was good as well.
