酒店位置在卡什小鎮的中心，門口停車位有限，對面有個大停車場，一下午加一整夜是200里拉。酒店不大，但非常精緻、整潔，房間很有格調，臨街的窗户是落地窗，視野很好，關閉後幾乎沒有臨街噪音。

老闆阿里人很熱情 酒店也很乾凈 海景房可以看到遠處海灣的海景 就是大巴站對面 幾乎零距離 但是晚上有點吵

位置很不錯，停車就可以停在門口，老闆很熱情，房間環境很好！

Insgesamt fand ich den Aufenthalt in dem Hotel gut. Besonders erwähnenswert, ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

The hotel and staff were excellent. One small criticism is that the standard room has so little space on one side of the bed making it difficult as a couple to move freely. Other than that our stay was first class and we will definitely be going back.

I recently stayed at Isola12 hotel for three days, and I must say it was a less than satisfactory experience. Firstly, our room was not attended to by housekeeping for two days. When we raised this issue with the reception, we were informed that the housekeeper had gone home early due to illness. To our surprise, the receptionist even suggested that we could move to another hotel, potentially forfeiting our stay. This was an impractical and unreasonable solution. Furthermore, we found ourselves without essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and fresh towels. It was necessary to repeatedly call the reception to request these basic toiletries. The air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, making our overall comfort level quite unpredictable. Breakfast, which is a crucial part of any hotel stay, was only passable. It did not meet the standard expected from a hotel claiming to be 3 stars. While the hotel's proximity to a supermarket was convenient, the noise from the bus stop located just across the street was disruptive. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the poor level of customer service we encountered throughout our time at Isola12. The attitude and response from the hotel staff left much to be desired. Our experience at Isola12 was marred by housekeeping issues, a lack of basic amenities, inconsistent AC, underwhelming breakfast, noisy surroundings, and unsatisfactory customer service. This falls short of a 3-star hotel

Otel sanirim yenilenmis, temizdi fakat duş almaya engel olmasa da bizim duş başlığı arızalı idi. Temiz kalinabilecek bir otel. Kahvaltisi da üzmüyor. Resepsiyon yardimsever.
