Everything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Truly an unforgettable memory for New Year’s Eve 2025. The room has a classic, older style but was comfortable and well maintained. High ceilings, strong heating, hot water, and full amenities including toiletries and slippers. Check-in was exactly at 2 PM, and the staff were polite and very supportive. Highly recommended for location and experience.

Große Apartments sehr nahe dem zentralen Platz. Sehr sauber. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Hauptplatz, so eine gute Lage für den Zugang zu allen Bars und Restaurants, aber so nahe bedeutete es etwas Lärm draußen spät in der Nacht. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung auf der oberen Etage, die großartig war, aber ohne Aufzug könnte es für Besucher, die mit den Treppen kämpfen, nicht geeignet sein.

Location: it’s around 700m walk from a tram station, takes a while to get to city centre. There’s a bus station that is just next to the hotel for going to the airport. Room is okay spacious. Kettle and coffee etc, WiFi, hangers, TV provided. No hair dryer/ fridge. WiFi connection is quite weak tho. Hygiene is okay.

Ottima ubicazione per raggiungere facilmente i punti salienti della città. La struttura è un po’ datata e senza condizionatori e ascensore. Per fortuna le temperature erano accettabili  e abbiamo occupato il secondo piano. Però tutto sommato ci ritornerei per l ubicazione .

Liebe den Ort. Genau neben der zentralen Bahnhof, die auch einen riesigen Mall und Supermärkte in der Nähe hatte. In der Nähe der alten Stadt. Die Wohnung war geräumig mit einer Küche, einschließlich Mikrowelle, Kochplatte, Werkzeuge, Platten und Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war etwas warm (Vielleicht weil wir nicht wussten, wie es heiß ist, um die AC zu betreiben) aber es war ok. Das Schlafzimmer stand vor einer Straße und konnte nachts etwas laut werden, als die Leute vorbei gingen/ Lautwagen gingen durch, aber es hat mich nicht wachgemacht oder was. Es gab auch einen großen Platz im Kleiderschrank. Das Personal war auch sehr hilfreich und nett bei unserer Interaktion.

La ubicación es excelente y el personal es bastante atento. Las camas son bastante simples en general. De hecho la mía se rompió cuando me fui a levantar (habitación 103). Por suerte no hubo problema en tener otra habitación para pasar la última noche. Pero justo en esa habitación, una de las 2 camas también tenía una de las barras del somier, fuera de lugar (habitación 204). Ahí descubrí que los baños compartidos son super diferentes dependiendo del bloque de habitaciones que te toque. Se escucha bastante ruido en los pasillos y el agua caliente se acaba pronto en hora punta. Aunque se llame ”Aparthotel”, no hay facilidades de cocinar o tener una nevera para guardar cosas frescas. Solamente café soluble y té ***** en la recepción (esto, gratis). En general está bien por la ubicación si vas a hacer excursiones o irte temprano al aeropuerto, pero no es excelente en cuanto a calidad.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel insgesamt ist gut für das, was Sie zahlen, wenn ich wieder in das Hotel bleiben möchte? Wahrscheinlich finde ich etwas anderes.aber sehr empfohlen.
