Cause the hotel is in the middle of the old street. There isn’t shelter when it rain and at night it is dark to walk back to hotel. Do not recommend solo trip for lady. The aircon is strong, but the smell of the aircon is as if there’s a dead rat dead in the pipe. After all the boss is nice and good service.

Die ästhetische Bedeutung des Volkschefs ist wirklich sehr gut. Ob im Hinterhof oder auf der Terrasse, die Sonne ist sehr schön. Die Schwester der Ästhetiker wird auch Kaffee und Tee machen und hat einen sehr lebensbedürftigen Atem. Außerdem gibt es Frühstücksangebote, der Inhalt ist sehr reichhaltig, die Tante, die das Frühstück macht, ist auch sehr freundlich und wird sehr intim zu Ihrer Wiederherstellung beitragen. Das allgemeine Aussehen der Volksbevölkerung ist zwar alt, aber die Innenausstattung ist immer noch sehr modern. Die Bettwäsche wird täglich im Laden von Tante Wäsche gewaschen und sehr sauber. Es gibt mehrere Panda-Katzen im Geschäft! Die Ratten sind nicht fett und die Hunde, jeder Hunde ist sehr fett, die Katzen lieben nicht zu verpassen. Die Tür ist im Allgemeinen etwas nass, die Winternacht ist noch etwas kalt, empfiehlt es den Freunden, zu reisen, um warm zu bleiben.

I enjoyed my stay overall. While the hotel isn’t perfect, it offers great value if you’re looking for a relaxed beach holiday away from the busy tourist areas. Location The hotel is in a peaceful area close to Huangcuo Beach and Xitouxia, with plenty of small local seafood restaurants and traditional Chinese eateries nearby. If you’re not into seafood, there are still a few other dining options within walking distance. It’s about a 30-minute walk to popular cafés like Oncebook Coffee and Snow Peak Café. Further along the beach you’ll also find beach bars such as Breeze Bar and Amoy Beach Bar, where you can enjoy drinks overlooking the ocean. Most of Xiamen’s major attractions, including Shapowei, Zhongshan Road, Gulangyu Ferry Terminal, and MIXC, are around a 20–30 minute taxi ride away, making them easy to reach. Facilities The highlight of the hotel is definitely the swimming pool. It’s clean, relaxing, and has two sun loungers, making it a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or have its own restaurant, but there are several places nearby where you can eat. Room The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide beautiful ocean views. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, with soft memory foam pillows, and the air conditioning works very well—something you’ll definitely appreciate during Xiamen’s summer. The bathroom is modern, with a large rainfall shower that has excellent water pressure. There are a few downsides, however. The room could be cleaner, and the hotel provides disposable towels instead of regular bath towels, which wasn’t my favourite. There’s also no minibar or mini fridge, which would have been a welcome addition. Service The reception staff deserve special mention. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. His hospitality left a very positive impression. Final thoughts If you’re looking for a quiet beachside stay with comfortable rooms, beautiful ocean views, and don’t mind taking a taxi to Xiamen’s main attractions, this hotel is a solid choice. Just don’t expect luxury facilities or a full-service resort experience.

Die Lage ist sehr strategischer, die Zimmer sind sauber und notwendige Einrichtungen (z.B., Klimaanlage, Wasser- und Heizungs-, sowie Projektor!) sind vorhanden, der Vorderseite/Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit unserem Gepäck. Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gewählt, aber ich wetten, dass die Ansicht von höheren Stockwerken mit Fenster ist erstaunlich, da es nahe dem Meer ist. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr, wenn Sie nach Xiamen kommen! ^_^

Mit Ausnahme der Lage ist es nicht einfach, ein Taxi zu bekommen (wir müssen um 100 m bis zur großen Straße gehen und es ist für einen Regentag nicht bequem). Alles war fantastisch, die Frau Besitzer hat große Unterstützung für uns, auch in regnerischen Tagen, sie hilft uns, die Schatten zum Taxipunkt zu bringen. Zimmer sind neu, schön, geräumig. Es ist auch in der Nähe der touristischen Attraktion. Ich empfehle Ihnen, hier zu kommen und auf Ihren Urlaub zu bleiben.

Die Servicepersonal ist sehr herzlich und höflich, wenn Sie im Hotel aufhalten, früher zum Hotel zur Behandlung des Hotels, gerade aus dem Flugzeug, es ist eine schlechte Zeit! Einreise in das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, es ist komfortabel! Über mehrere Tage lang kontinuierlich, hauptsächlich wohin ich gehe, ist das Hotel sehr ruhig! Sie können auch kostenlos sein! I traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast. This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair. Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs. The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day. Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired. Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.

Die Aussicht ist wirklich erstaunlich, sicherlich die beste in Xiamen. Aber der Service ist minimal, die Kontrolle im Verfahren ist nicht so freundlich zu einem Ausländer wie seine Selbstkontrolle und alles ist in Chinesisch. Die Zimmer-Sound-Isolierung war auch ein großes Problem, da wir die ganze Gespräche der Menschen in den nächsten Zimmern hören konnten ! Insgesamt haben wir keine anderen ernsten Fragen beantwortet, aber der Service ist nicht gut genug, wenn wir die Preis-/Qualitäts-Verhältnis berücksichtigen.
