In der Vorvorvorsaison hatten wir für 5 Nächte eine ”Luxusvilla” gebucht, die eher als besseres Gartenhaus denn als Villa zu bezeichnen ist. Dennoch geschmackvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet und für 5 Personen ausreichend groß. 2 Bäder ohne Wanne. Die Wohnräume sind klimatisiert und heizbar. Eine Küche ist vorhanden und gut ausgestattet. Betten bequem. Tägliche Reinigung mit frischen Handtüchern. Nachteile: die Häuschen sind schon älteren Baujahres. Das merkt man vor allem an den Fenstern und der Beschattung (Fensterläden). Kleiner Balkon mit 2 Stühlen. Sitzen mag man dort eher weniger, da bei uns (Nr. 13) die Klimaeinheit des Hotels in ca. 15 m Entfernung fröhlich das Lied der Kühlung eines Hotelgebäudes bläst und brummt. Auch Nachts - und das stört dann doch..... Während wir vor Ort waren, fanden Bauarbeiten statt. Daher war der Garagenstellplatz im UG nicht nutzbar. Im Garten war das Parken dann aber kein Problem. Weil Vorsaison - 95 % der Hotels und Restaurants in Lignano schlafen noch. Entsprechend trostlos ist der Ort. Nicht jedoch das Hotel. Frisch renoviert und mit überaus nettem und Deutsch sprechenden Personal ausgestattet, ist das President eine absolute Empfehlung. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist stylisch gelungen. Leider hat der Frühstücksraum da offenbar nicht mitmachen dürfen. Schade. Farbe würde hier gut tun - und etwas positivere Musik. Dennoch ist das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse üppig und mit guten Öffnungszeiten versehen. Highlight ist aber das Abendessen (Halbpension). Diese beinhaltet eine Menüwahl aus 5 Vorspeisen und 5 Hauptgerichten. Das Salatbuffet ist etwas lieblos. Aber die Primi Piatti waren superb. Sowohl von der Auswahl, der Abwechslung und der Qualität betrachtet. Die Secondi standen nur wenig nach. Das war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Zudem waren die Getränkepreise absolut in Ordnung und der Service perfekt. Meine Jüngste hätte gerne des Abends eine Pizza gegessen. Dies wird leider nicht angeboten. Vielleicht eine Anregung dies optional mit anzubieten, da die Küche die Essgewohnheiten von Teenagern ”überfordert”......

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, mit neuen Möbeln, großem Safe für Kamera und Laptop, war sauber und mit 2 Bettdecken, mehreren Steckdosen und Wäscheständer ausgestattet. Obwohl das Hotel in 2ter Reihe ist, konnte man vom Balkon das Meer und Strand zwischen den Bäumen sehen. Der Fahrradverleih war kostenlos, ebenso die Parkplätze beim Hotel. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir sehr früh anreisten, konnten wir für 8€ das Frühstückbuffet nutzen und das Zimmer war bereits zu Mittag verfügbar. Für ein 3* Hotel, war das Frühstückbuffet durchaus in Ordnung, der Kaffee/Cappuccino aus dem Automaten absolut trinkbar (Ist ja nicht gerade immer der Fall) und es gab auch Bacon and Eggs. Ein Toaster wäre eventuell noch nett. Croissants, Kuchen, Kekse, Müsli, Obst und Joghurt waren verfügbar. Vom Hotel ist man in 2-3 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone.

Il punto forte di quest'albergo è sicuramente la posizione: a pochi passi dai mulini e con parcheggio interno incluso. La struttura è antica, ma si mantiene molto bene. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e senza sbavature. La stanza standard è nella norma, forse un po' piccola per muoversi agevolmente. Pulizia e ordine impeccabili. La colazione nel ristorante (di sushi) al piano terra ha lasciato un po' a desiderare, sia per la qualità che per la scelta dei prodotti. Infine, ho trovato il conto leggermente sopra la media, ma comunque onesto.

Ich war zum zweiten mal da. Es hat sich nichts verändert. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind allgemein immer noch in einem Guten Zustand und sehr sauber.. Preis Leistung ist Top. Wenn ich wieder nach Lignano fahre, dann Definitiv wieder zu Alex und seiner netten Familie. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Gegenüber kann man kostenlos Parken. Unser Zimmer war erst um 13h fertig, ich und mein Sohn durften den Pool aber schon nutzen. Die Sprachkenntnisse des Chefs sind 1A und er bringt einem sogar die Koffer aufs Zimmer, was ich nicht selbstverständlich finde. Die Zimmer sind einfach und das Interieur etwas altbacken, aber nichts ist abgeranzt oder kaputt. Das Zimmer und die Dusche ist sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage. Dass das Hotel etwas älter ist, merkt man auch daran dass es im Zimmet kaum Steckdosen gibt, hier also evtl Steckerleisten mitnehmen. Der siebener Strand ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt, der große Piazza 15 Minuten. Mit dem Bus A2 kommt man innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Zoo wenn man mit dem Bus fährt. Obwohl wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben, hat uns der Chef nach einem Tag auf Frühstück inklusive eingeladen. Eine wirklich liebe Geste. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
