This hotel would have got 5 star from me for every aspect if not for its mess over my bill. The hotel, in all fairness, is really good. It’s clean, reasonably spacious, and it’s tastefully decorated. More importantly, it has everything! All kitchen ware, washing machine, dryer, etc etc all in the room itself. Perfect for us who are on a long travel itinerary. Highly recommended. However, after I checked out, they charged me for the nights that I’ve already prepaid. When I got in touch by email, no response. By phone, the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything. Only the manager could handle it and he/she only comes on Sundays. On Sunday, I couldn’t get through the phone. So I’m getting help from a Trip.com agent. So far, this matter is still hanging. Hopefully it can be resolved soon and the overcharge can be refunded.
