Das Hotel war gut für eine schnelle Arbeitsreise. Das Personal war so, so freundlich, die Dame erinnerte sich sogar meinen Namen von der Frontdesk. Es war ein bisschen datiert, so dass der Aufzug ein bisschen betraf, was mich dazu veranlasste, die Treppen zu nehmen, aber die Treppe war sehr nett. Öffnen Sie sich an die Lobby, so dass Sie nicht isoliert waren. Das Restaurant in der Nähe des Hotels war für den Urlaub geschlossen, da ich gerade zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr war, also nicht ein großer Deal, wie es sonst offen wäre. Nice Gasstation fast neben dem Hotel, das hilfreich war!

We arrived about 10pm. The lobby seemed fine but we did notice folks with pets. I'm sure if you have a pet or pets, you look for pet-friendly hotels but we do not have them and were not expecting that. I think it should be more obvious when booking a room at the hotel as I have allergies. Our room was clean. The first thing I do is look in the bathroom and even before I turned on the light, I could see the shower floor was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. The tissue holder had not been cleaned. The top of the toilet seat was not clean. We also had some sort of splattering on the wall around the toilet which should have been cleaned. A cleaning person could not miss it. If a small bathroom can't be thoroughly clean, it makes me question the rest of the room and hotel. For $200, I expect much more and would not recommend this hotel. (On a positive note, the front lobby staff and the breakfast staff was friendly).

Dieser Ort ist jetzt ein Witz. Management ist schrecklich und das Personal ist nicht besser. Ich habe hier mehr als einmal geblieben und nie in meinem Leben hatte ich einen schlimmsten Aufenthalt wie die letzten 2 mal. Melissa der Manager ist überhaupt nicht IHG BRAND STANDARD. Was ich damit meine, ist .....she's brutal, extra und eindeutig verloren in der Sauce. Der Front Desk Manager ist nicht besser, aber ich Gast, was sie sagen, ist wahr ....”die Äpfel nicht weit vom Baum fallen”. Der Ort ist in die Hölle gelaufen, seit der letzte Manager, den ich glaube, Ray und anderer, der ich glaube, Chris war da. Meine Frau und ich lieben hier zu bleiben, als wir in die Stadt kamen und Chris war immer der, den Sie sehen würden. Aber in letzter Zeit würde ich nicht wieder hier bleiben, wenn es das letzte Hotel am Flughafen wäre. Personal ist nicht scheu, und das ist nicht mein erstes Mal, dass ich Beschwerden einbringe und das ist, wie Sie oben wissen Management ist überhaupt nicht wichtig. Ich werde es etwas Zeit geben und ich hoffe, sie werden es zusammen oder zumindest das Management, das sich kümmert, zurückbringen. Danke für die Anhörung!

My family was on vacation and stayed at Comfort Inn Carneys Point, NJ 7/9/22 - 7/13/22. Because we were with other family and wanted to focus on enjoying the trip we didn't change hotels after the first night....had it just been us we would have. I hope by sharing this feedback it can help in making improvements to this location. We do not plan on returning or recommending anyone to stay at this location. I am sending this in email to the location and also here as we did not receive a feedback email from Choice Hotels. Not does our account reflect this stay which means no points as well. First day: The first impression was ”ick” as we drove up and saw how unkept the outside landscaping looked. Then we noticed the cigarette butts all around the trash can just outside the front doors. The lobby was ok although dated (velvet couch and chairs.) The breakfast area was locked which didn't allow our group to have a place to gather to visit while at the hotel. When we returned after dinner out we found the sofa bed in our room did not have sheets, pillow or a blanket/comforter for our son to sleep. We noted 3 on our reservation. The phone in our room did not work and was for room 102 according to the label but we were in room 308l. My husband went down to the front desk to retrieve the items we needed and also asked for firm pillows as we had asked on the reservation. He was then told they do not have any firm pillows at the hotel. So no comfort for us as we were stuck with soft pillows which causes our heads to itch and get hot. Second day: We received the card to request items we'd like in the room. We received everything we asked for. Noticed the elevator had the same mess in it as the day before. Breakfast was ok. Omlettes were like airplane quality. Third day: Did not receive a card to request items. Stopped at front desk to let them know what we needed in our room. Saw breakfast was the same as the day before. There were some mornings you had to wait for the items to be restocked. Upon returning to the hotel we did not have the items we needed in our room. Phone was still not working. My husband went down to get the items we needed. Some time that night we heard loud talking in the hall and cursing. Fourth day: Third floor smelled of cigarette smoke when we exited the elevator (which still had the same mess in it as the first day.) We went into our room and called the front desk from my personal phone letting them know of the smoke smell on the 3rd floor. The clerk said she couldn't do much but try to locate who was smoking. The room then began to smell of the cigarette smoke. We discussed changing hotels the next day but we had a busy day planned so we decided to just push through one more night. Fifth day: We were woke up at 6:30am by a man yelling out curse words down the hall of our floor. We were glad to check out that morning and be on our way. Das war das einzige Hotel, das ich in diesem Bereich während dieser Zeit gefunden habe. Nicht sicher, was in diesem Bereich passiert. Es ist in einem städtischen Gebiet von Wilmington. Ein geschlossenes und verlassenes Restaurant ist direkt vor dem Grundstück und hat das Bild überhaupt nicht geholfen. Ich fand zwei große tote Fehler in unserem Zimmer, die auch mir nicht viel Vertrauen in die Sauberkeit der Anlage gab. Ich muss sagen, das Front Desk war nett und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war nicht bereit, als wir nach 4:00 Uhr dort waren, also mussten wir warten. Sie entschuldigten sich und boten Ihnen, mit dem Gepäck zu bewegen. Es war ein 0-Nacht-Stadt, ich bin nicht sicher, dass ich hier wieder bleiben würde.

Das Zimmer ist immer noch groß, aber die Isolierung ist normalerweise, die ganze Nacht im Gebäude ist niemand auf dem Weg, die Toiletteneinrichtungen sind relativ einfach. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Service-Einstellung ist gut.

The staff at this hotel brought sunshine on a cloudy day! I traveled to Wilmington for a funeral and each and every one of the staff brightened my day; from the valets to the front desk staff, to the bartender and the guy serving breakfast. Thank you for making an extremely emotional time for me, much brighter. The staff at the Marriott Residence Inn made me feel like I was a VIP and I can't thank them enough.
