Das Zimmer ist viel kleiner als die Kathy nahe der Straße (und als ich das Hotel annahm, dachte ich, man könnte weniger auf die Brücke gehen) Das Zimmer ist klein und wunderschön, der Service ist immer noch sehr gut, die geografische Lage ist überlegen Es gibt einen Starbuck 711 Smash Burger in der Nähe.

Mein Aufenthalt im Moxi Chicago war fantastisch! Von dem Moment, als wir ins Geh gingen, war die Atmosphäre lebendig, modern und willkommen. Das Zimmer war gedachtgerecht gestaltetjeder Zoll Raum wurde effizient verwendet, ohne Komfort oder Stil zu opfern. Eine meiner Lieblingsteilchen war die Zeit auf dem Außenpatio. Es war der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen, das schöne Wetter zu genießen, und Chat. Die Lobby war voll von Leben mit einem großen DJ, der einen Spaß erzeugt, und ich schätze, dass die Snack- und Trinkauswahl Qualitätsoptionen in der Stelle der einfachen typischen Junk-Nahrung enthalten. Wir waren sogar mit komplimentären Getränken willkommen, was ein wirklich schöner Kontakt war. In unserem Aufenthalt waren wir immer sicher, und jedes Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir interagierten, war freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich hilfreich. Ich habe auch geliebt, dass die Lounge-Gebiete und Spiele nicht nur dort für Dekorationen waren. Es ist klar, dass die Moxie so konzipiert war, dass Menschen zusammengebracht werden, während sie immer noch einen komfortablen Ort zur Entspannung bietet. Dieser Aufenthalt hat mich vollständig gewonnen. Mein nächster Hotelaufenthalt wird definitiv in einem Moxy-Eigentum. According to the booking, filter and photos, it shows there is a pool at this location. THERE IS NOT A POOL HERE. We only booked this hotel for the amenities and view. Not finding out until we had checked in and inquired about pool hours we were too late to cancel our hotel. So just wasted a night and money on a place I would have never stayed at. We did not have a pool and according to trip booking parking showed for $78 but was more when we arrived. I’m not happy

The location is perfect just next to the exhibition hall but the services was to consider, we had many issues the cleaning service two days they didn’t clean they just took the towels and didn’t put new ones , i guess they have some problems with management hope they will solve it

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the filtered water station on our floor. It had several options and was very convenient. Guest services were excellent. Anytime we made a request, they handled it quickly and professionally. After the first night, housekeeping took our towels but didn’t replace them, so we had to call and ask for more. Thankfully, after that, we didn’t have any other towel issues. Housekeeping overall was a bit different than what I’m used to. They made the beds and handled the bathroom by emptying the trash, picking up dirty towels, and refilling tissues, but they didn’t take out the trash in the main room. Since we had a lot of takeout, that trash piled up pretty quickly. They also didn’t replenish items like used tea bags or glassware, which would’ve been helpful. We also had an issue with the fridge. It stayed warm for the first few days until we realized it hadn’t been turned on. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but it would’ve been nice if it had been checked before we arrived. The hotel is in a beautiful location, which added to the overall experience. Despite the few small issues, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I would absolutely book with them again!

Das Hilton Magnificent Mile hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und der Blick auf die Stadt atemberaubend. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass mein Aufenthalt angenehm und komfortabel war. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit einfachem Zugang zu den Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen, gute Lage, sauber, gutes Frühstück. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine U-Bahn-Station. Das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine Küche und Geschirr. Bis ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Hilton bestätigt erneut sein Service- und Komfortniveau!

One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
