算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

Sauber und hygienisch, günstig gelegen und extrem sicher. Für meine Geschäftsreise nach Kenia war dies das Hotel mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Markt und verfügt über ausgezeichnetes Sicherheitspersonal und einen hervorragenden Hotel-Sicherheitsdienst. Die Hotellobby war sehr stilvoll, und viele Einheimische feierten dort.

What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious. The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty. We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from. Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.

Gute Lage, wenn Sie ziemlich zentrales wollen mit wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu viele Bars. Uber ist sehr effizient und günstig hier, wenn Sie ausreisen möchten. Das Personal war sehr gut und das Restaurant/Bar ist 24/7 (Ich glaube). Zimmer war wunderschön. Insgesamt, obwohl ich glaube, Nairobi ist etwas auf der teuren Seite, das war ok. Ich versuchte, nach dem Safari wieder zu buchen, aber es war teuer, so ging ich hin zu der Schweizer Belinn, die billiger und der gleiche Standard war (ein wenig weiter, aber wieder, Uber und Bolt sind super effizient und günstig hier). Tipps für Ausländer, die in Kenia kommen: 1. Geben Sie Ihre Währung außerhalb Kenia, der Wechselkurs hier, insbesondere am Flughafen, ist absolut schrecklich - ich fand, sie bieten bis zu 35% weniger als der tatsächliche Kurs. 2. Sie brauchen hier nur eine kleine Menge an Bargeld - die meisten Orte werden Sie besuchen, akzeptieren Karte. 3. KEINE TELKOM SIM-CARD kaufen. Es ist absolut nutzlos, auch in Nairobi, aber ALL nicht auf Safari arbeiten. 4. Uber und Bolt sind hier sehr gut. 5. Wenn Sie Safari machen und Ihre Reise nicht die nationalen Parkgebühren (in USD zu bezahlen) beinhalten, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die erhalten, bevor Sie ankommen - die Banken und ATM hier sind sehr unzuverlässig, wenn Sie USD wollen. 6. Bezahlen Sie nicht extortionierte Hotelpreise für Wäscherei - finden Sie eine lokale Firma, die Ihre Wäsche für einen Teil des Preises wie Smartfua Waschmaschine sammeln und liefern wird. 7. Wenn Sie auf Safari gehen, versuchen Sie nicht auf der Rückseite des Fahrzeugs zu sitzen - es wird sehr begeistert. Hat einen tollen Ausflug!

Die Umwelt ist sehr gut, wenn nur einige Wildtiere aufgezogen werden. Das Frühstück ist gut, Frühstück und Abendessen, Barbecue für eine Nacht, um die Show zu sehen, europäisches Abendessen für eine Nacht. Beide sind ziemlich gut. Mittags wird es neben dem Einkaufszentrum gelöst. Nicht zu viele Gäste, geeignet für den Urlaub.

They provided three meals, if you are a Chinese tummy I had the chance to stay at Xiaomi Homestay in Kilimani, Nairobi, and it was a refreshing mix of comfort, convenience, and cultural charm. Location & First Impressions The homestay is tucked away in the lively Kilimani neighborhood, which makes it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and transport. The property itself feels modern, clean, and welcoming — a good balance between homely warmth and hotel-like comfort. Comfort & Amenities The facilities were a big plus. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts, while the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Both amenities added great value to the stay, especially for anyone who enjoys fitness and downtime in equal measure. Meals & Dining Experience One of the standout features was the inclusion of three daily Chinese meals. This made the stay very convenient, especially for anyone missing home-style dishes or simply wanting a reliable, flavorful option without having to step out. The meals were hearty, authentic, and gave a unique cultural touch to the experience. Atmosphere & Service The overall atmosphere was warm and peaceful. The hosts provided thoughtful service, striking a nice balance between giving guests privacy and being available when needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with just the right amount of care.
