My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. They provided three meals, if you are a Chinese tummy I had the chance to stay at Xiaomi Homestay in Kilimani, Nairobi, and it was a refreshing mix of comfort, convenience, and cultural charm. Location & First Impressions The homestay is tucked away in the lively Kilimani neighborhood, which makes it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and transport. The property itself feels modern, clean, and welcoming — a good balance between homely warmth and hotel-like comfort. Comfort & Amenities The facilities were a big plus. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts, while the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Both amenities added great value to the stay, especially for anyone who enjoys fitness and downtime in equal measure. Meals & Dining Experience One of the standout features was the inclusion of three daily Chinese meals. This made the stay very convenient, especially for anyone missing home-style dishes or simply wanting a reliable, flavorful option without having to step out. The meals were hearty, authentic, and gave a unique cultural touch to the experience. Atmosphere & Service The overall atmosphere was warm and peaceful. The hosts provided thoughtful service, striking a nice balance between giving guests privacy and being available when needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with just the right amount of care.

Sauber und hygienisch, günstig gelegen und extrem sicher. Für meine Geschäftsreise nach Kenia war dies das Hotel mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Markt und verfügt über ausgezeichnetes Sicherheitspersonal und einen hervorragenden Hotel-Sicherheitsdienst. Die Hotellobby war sehr stilvoll, und viele Einheimische feierten dort.

算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Das Hotel sollte einen kostenlosen Transport zum Flughafen anbieten. Beim Einchecken gaben wir die gewünschte Uhrzeit laut elektronischer Anzeigetafel um 4:30 Uhr an. An der Rezeption teilte man uns mit, dass der angezeigte Fahrplan nicht aktualisiert sei. Der kostenlose Transport verkehre nur stündlich, also entweder um 4 oder 5 Uhr. Wir wählten 4 Uhr. Als ich am nächsten Morgen zur Rezeption ging, teilte uns der zuständige Manager mit, dass keine Buchung vorliege. Gleichzeitig teilte man uns mit, dass der kostenlose Transport nur zu einer bestimmten Stunde gelte. Man zeigte uns die aktualisierte Anzeige. Wir hatten keine andere Wahl, als für den Transport zum Flughafen zu bezahlen. Es ist dem Gast gegenüber nicht fair, dass wir nicht über die Änderung informiert wurden und sich Fahrplan und Preis über Nacht änderten.

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

My stay at the Best Western Hotel was excellent. The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well-organized, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Das Hotel war im Allgemeinen gut. Das Frühstücks- und Speiseangebot war erstaunlich und die A-la-cart-Objekte, die Sie zum Abendessen bestellen konnten, waren sehr wunderschön und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und freundlich (aber oft schienen sie mit Arbeit überwältigt). Es gab einen riesigen Spaziergang im Rücken des Lots. Die Grundstücke waren schön. Das Hotel war sauber. Der Fitnessraum war klein; es umfasste eine Racke von Dumbbellen, zwei oder drei Laufwerke, eine elliptische  Maschine und eine Yogamatt. Der Wassersauger im Fitnessraum war leer. Wir würden nicht mehr hier bleiben, weil es wirklich schöne Hotels in der Nähe für 1/3 des Kostens. Vielleicht wäre die Lebensmittelsorte nicht so gut wie Eka, oder weniger schöne Grundstücke, aber Eka war nicht den Wert der zusätzlichen Kosten. Wir blieben zwei Nächte und die ganze Zeit konnten nicht sehen, wo der $125 pro Nacht Wert kam. Leider sind die anderen Hotelbewertungen auf der Reise niedriger, wie 3.5. Ein Beispiel ist das Hotel Maison Royale. Aber wenn Sie nach einem guten Hotel nur ein wenig weniger wunderschön sind, gehen Sie irgendwo anders.

Die Umwelt ist sehr gut, wenn nur einige Wildtiere aufgezogen werden. Das Frühstück ist gut, Frühstück und Abendessen, Barbecue für eine Nacht, um die Show zu sehen, europäisches Abendessen für eine Nacht. Beide sind ziemlich gut. Mittags wird es neben dem Einkaufszentrum gelöst. Nicht zu viele Gäste, geeignet für den Urlaub.

Everything was good. We spent there one night, the staff was friendly and helpful and they even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and a song in the morning - this was very unexpected and very sweet!
