NN YipDies ist eine Familienreise für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Und wir blieben im Hotel für 7 Nächte, auch bfast und Abendessen.
Es ist offensichtlich in der Buchung, dass wir Kinder im Aufenthalt haben, und trotzdem entweder Trip.com/hotel bezahlte uns für 4 Erwachsene für die gesamte Reise. Wir endeten mit einem Überzahlungsbetrag und einem Verschwendungsbetrag von Nahrung, weil die Kinder das Satzmahl nicht beenden konnten. Das Hotel weigerte sich jedoch, die Anpassung / Erstattung zu bewirken. Dies war ein schwerer Fehler von Trip.com / Hotel.
Das Hotel bot einen Shuttlebus zum Skigebiet. Gut, dass es einen frühen Shuttlebus um 815am gab, aber der Rückshuttle war zu früh (4pm) für alle ernsten Skifahrer. Das Hotel sollte mehr Optionen bieten.
Im Hotel gab es kein Fitnesscenter und es war schwer, eine richtige vollkörperliche Übung zu machen.
Der Aufbau von Onsen war schön und sauber und gemütlich. Der öffentliche Onsen wurde nicht viel verwendet, so dass es ein großer privater Onsen für uns endete.
Wir mögen die traditionelle japanische Küche, aber sehr enttäuscht, dass der Koch während unserer 7 Nächte auf dem Menü begrenzte Änderungen lieferte. Wir verbrachten rund die gleiche Anzahl von Nächten anderswo in Niseko und das Design ihres Menüs war viel besser.
Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr hilfreich und freundlich, und einige von ihnen sprachen Englisch und Chinesisch.
Das Hotel war nicht mit Personal der IMO ausgestattet. Ich konnte sie im Hotel laufen sehen.
Der Skiausrüstungsraum könnte mit besserer Ausstattung für die Trocknung von Skiboots und Handschuhen ausgestattet werden.
Der Bus wurde nur an Niseko angeboten, aber nicht an der Station Kutchan, die in der Tat nicht zu weit war.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels war auch großartig. Es ist 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Niseko und 5 Minuten vom Anupuri Skilauf.

KKellyPark Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable.
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy.
It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono
We look forward to returning in the future!

GGastnutzerWonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

MmilsicabuDieses Hotel ist ideal zum Skifahren; der direkte Zugang zur Piste ist sehr praktisch. Das Abendbuffet im Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich empfehle, zwei Mahlzeiten zu bestellen. Restaurants in der Nähe sind nicht so gut erreichbar, daher ist das Essen im Hotel eine gute Alternative. Es gibt nicht viele Annehmlichkeiten in der Umgebung; hier dreht sich alles ums Skifahren.

We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.
Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so)
This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.
Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service .

MMattSchmattSuper apartment in great location. 2 large bedrooms with great storage, 2 good sized baths, large living room with cooking area and all you would need for self-catering for a family. Seicomart and Lawson just a short walk away. Convenient with parking in the basement. Everything in great condition and well cleaned. Forgot a few things in the fridge and the staff collected it and out it in the lobby fridge for us to pick up later, great service thank you! Will definitely have this place high on the list for next visit to Hirafu 👍🏼

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es besser wäre, wenn es ein Fitnessstudio gäbe
Das Hotel verfügt über viele Restaurantoptionen, unter anderem ist das Buffet beim Oktoberfest wirklich gut und bietet eine große Auswahl.
Darüber hinaus ist das Skigebiet wirklich großartig, der Schnee ist sehr weich und weich
Wir haben einen Termin mit einem Trainer vereinbart, um Skifahren zu lernen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Ort, an dem wir Werkzeuge leihen, etwas weit von der Schule entfernt ist.
Für Anfänger ist es wirklich schwierig, mit Skischuhen und vielen Utensilien eine Weile zu laufen.
Das kostenlose Frühstück bietet auch verschiedene Restaurantoptionen und schmeckt gut
Das Hotel verfügt über ein Badehaus und eine heiße Quelle. Leider soll die heiße Quelle am nächsten Morgen sauber gewesen sein und ich konnte vor dem Auschecken kein weiteres Bad nehmen.

VViktoriia KWe had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have.
The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will!
We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided.
The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station.
Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner.
We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us.
Highly recommend this place!

GGastnutzerIt's just 3 minutes walk from the bus station and 2 minutes walk to the sightseeing ferry pier. Shared bathroom and onsen, the outdoor hot spring was also free of charge. Room was
clean and tidy. I like the Japanese style futon. Perfect view of the lake and the pier. Easy access to restaurants.
Beside that, be mindful that before 10am you have to check out, we were just preparing to go down at that time, they knocked the door and barge inside start cleaning the room which shocked us.

EExpat EDventuresReview: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan
We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know.
The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes.
Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included.
The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing.
On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation.
The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits).
Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
