NN YipDies ist eine Familienreise für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Und wir blieben im Hotel für 7 Nächte, auch bfast und Abendessen.
Es ist offensichtlich in der Buchung, dass wir Kinder im Aufenthalt haben, und trotzdem entweder Trip.com/hotel bezahlte uns für 4 Erwachsene für die gesamte Reise. Wir endeten mit einem Überzahlungsbetrag und einem Verschwendungsbetrag von Nahrung, weil die Kinder das Satzmahl nicht beenden konnten. Das Hotel weigerte sich jedoch, die Anpassung / Erstattung zu bewirken. Dies war ein schwerer Fehler von Trip.com / Hotel.
Das Hotel bot einen Shuttlebus zum Skigebiet. Gut, dass es einen frühen Shuttlebus um 815am gab, aber der Rückshuttle war zu früh (4pm) für alle ernsten Skifahrer. Das Hotel sollte mehr Optionen bieten.
Im Hotel gab es kein Fitnesscenter und es war schwer, eine richtige vollkörperliche Übung zu machen.
Der Aufbau von Onsen war schön und sauber und gemütlich. Der öffentliche Onsen wurde nicht viel verwendet, so dass es ein großer privater Onsen für uns endete.
Wir mögen die traditionelle japanische Küche, aber sehr enttäuscht, dass der Koch während unserer 7 Nächte auf dem Menü begrenzte Änderungen lieferte. Wir verbrachten rund die gleiche Anzahl von Nächten anderswo in Niseko und das Design ihres Menüs war viel besser.
Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr hilfreich und freundlich, und einige von ihnen sprachen Englisch und Chinesisch.
Das Hotel war nicht mit Personal der IMO ausgestattet. Ich konnte sie im Hotel laufen sehen.
Der Skiausrüstungsraum könnte mit besserer Ausstattung für die Trocknung von Skiboots und Handschuhen ausgestattet werden.
Der Bus wurde nur an Niseko angeboten, aber nicht an der Station Kutchan, die in der Tat nicht zu weit war.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels war auch großartig. Es ist 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Niseko und 5 Minuten vom Anupuri Skilauf.

TTimTHHoIch hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer im sechsten Stock gebucht, da ich davon ausging, dass es komplett rauchfrei sei. Doch sobald ich das Zimmer verließ, schlug mir ein starker Rauchgeruch entgegen. Ich beschwerte mich an der Rezeption und erfuhr, dass sich im Flur des sechsten und achten Stocks Raucherzimmer befanden. Obwohl nur E-Zigaretten erlaubt waren, rauchten einige Gäste weiterhin herkömmliche Zigaretten, was den Geruch extrem verstärkte. Die Belüftung in diesen Raucherzimmern war unzureichend, und das Management zeigte sich nachlässig. Meine Beschwerde an der Rezeption führte lediglich zu der offiziellen Antwort, man werde den Vorfall dem Vorgesetzten melden. Für Nichtraucher war die Situation sehr unangenehm; selbst mit einem Kind musste man sich beeilen, um durch die Flure zu gehen. Zudem waren Frühstück und Abendessen nicht besonders ansprechend. Die Aussicht war zwar schön und das Personal höflich, aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unangenehm. Für diesen Preis finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ziemlich schlecht.

The onsen area and its view, however, were not as impressive as expected.
If you plan to dine outside the hotel, do note that you’ll need to drive down the hill, which takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the nearest restaurants.

GGastnutzerEs war mein erster Skiausflug nach Niseko und ich entschied mich für das Hilton Hotel mit Ski-in-Ski-out-Anschluss. Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat sich meine Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hotelservice war sehr gut, abends gab es Sänger in der Lobby und Skibegeisterte aus aller Welt trafen sich zum Austausch. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Therme konnte bis spät in die Nacht genutzt werden. Im ersten Stock gab es auch einen kleinen Laden. In der Nähe des Hotels gab es ein italienisches Restaurant und das Essen war sehr gut. Natürlich ist der Preis im Hilton während der Schneesaison etwas hoch, aber die Erinnerungen sind sehr gut und ich werde wieder hingehen.

KKelsie MunroExcellent service from check in to check out by the wonderful staff at Chatrium Niseko. They were always there if we needed anything and helped organise transfers to and from the airport via taxi. We were a few minutes walk to the Ace family chairlift where we could then explore around snowboarding and using multiple gondolas and lifts from there. Lots of food trucks and convenience stores on the way back to the hotel which was super convenient. Arigato for a wonderful experience!

VViktoriia KWe had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have.
The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will!
We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided.
The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station.
Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner.
We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us.
Highly recommend this place!

GGastnutzerThe location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much.
Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.

WwaynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

EExpat EDventuresReview: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan
We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know.
The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes.
Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included.
The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing.
On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation.
The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits).
Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
